A basic but functional twin room in a good location in between Termini and the Colosseum. The hosts were very helpful - the water takes a while to heat up but it was good value for money. The fridge was very useful too.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The lady walked is to three apartments trying to find a room that would work. These are people's homes with inhabitants living there that are shared with guests. No soap, dirty floors, not the location we selected.

Nice place
It was a very good value. There was nothing fancy about it and I got lucky because although the listing had it as a shared bathroom, I got a room with a private bathroom. So super lucky. I don’t like to spend money on places to stay. I want to be out and about and spend money there and not some place I’m going to sleep and leave as soon as I can. The host was very helpful and I highly recommend her.

Good for what you pay for!
Very nice hosts, leave you to yourself. The room I received was not the room listed. One of the bathrooms was very small and dirty and smelled a bit, but the other was great. Very close to the Colosseun!

Good location . Comfy bed . Room damp and smelly , no breakfast , only one very flat pillow , when tried to ring the owner via number provided online and given to us, no answer ! And number unrecognised !!! No way of contacting them and they clearly don’t care about the guests satisfaction!

I'm sure there are better properties in the Rome Center at a similar price so you may want too keep looking. Otherwise if you are here for a short stay and do not mind disorganization at check in, loud family members, and chaos in general then this is the spot for you. My stay was not terrible, but I will definitely not be staying here again.

Firstly it was not a hotel nor a B&B, it's an apartment turned into a hotel, no breakfast included, and we were sent to another building a couple of blocks away. They give you a key to the building, a key to the apartment which is fine BUT the key to the actual room was a flat key which could open any door. The room was ok, but the bathroom was not in good conditions, the showerhead was broken, and a sliding door to the shower was missing. The only good thing about it was that it was a 15 min walk away from the train station

Problems with check in
I never really wrote a bad review before but me and my husband were very disappointed. We arrived there late because of our late bus ( I phoned the hotel to let them know that we would be late). We arrived there and first thing they charged us 10 euros for a “ late check in” and there was nothing written about it nor she didn’t say anything about it ok the phone. It was raining a lot and we found out that we had to stay in another building, 10 min walking from there, because they gave our room to someone else. It was terrible because it was raining that night, we were tired and already stressed out about the check in. She guaranteed that the room would be better and we would share the bathroom with just another room. At least the room was good and so was the location. I don’t know if we were just unlucky or if they really not reliable. Not sure about recommending this place

The address of the property listed is not the actual place that you will be staying. They have several apartments that they gonna move you around.The host Giulia and her sister was very accomodating, but her sister who is always there acting as reception cannot speak English. She will give you Giulia's number though if you need help. This is a very basic accommodation. no frills. Good for travelers who simply need a place to lay their heads at night. It is close to the Colosseum and the Metro station. Room have TV which is good to entertain my little one. You will have your own toilet and shower. A shared fridge is also provided. You will have to share it with 2 other guest. A Supermarket, ice cream shop, and lots of restaurants a few steps away. They allow us to leave our luggage before check in and after we checked out. Thank you very much Giulia and to your sister for your hospitality.

Nightmare
First of all, it was extremely hard to find and we were led to a small apartment. We were put into a small hallway and no one spoke English to explain to us if we had a room or not. My name was on a small piece of paper in their kitchen. We felt very uncomfortable and they will not give a refund even though we did not even stay there. It was a nightmare and we quickly left. I had to book an Airbnb that day.

Worst hostel ever!
I stayed in one doubled room with my sister. The room was located in front of the bathroom near to the kitchen. The heater didn't work properly and it was cold inside the room. The bathrooms are shared with other people and they were not clean. But the worst thing that happened was the insecurity in this hostel. We were woke up at 4 am by one man (who didnt speak English well) who was hitting our door and tried to enter inside. I denied to open it but the guy was angry and hit the door harder and harder and nobody helped us. The guy went to the bathroom and peed and then left. It was impossible to stay calm after this episode, so we decided to leave the hostel quickly after to ask for help to our brothers who were sleeping in other room. When we were leaving, we knocked at the room of the host but nobody answered. So we left the keys in the furniture next to the door. I don't recommend this hostel. P.S. there is a little device near to the lamp in the roof, I'm not sure if this is a camera, but this was very strange.

Friendly but not the best
The room was a decent size and we had an ensuite albeit a tad small. The shower did leak so we had to clear that up one evening. The walls are very thin and most days we heard members of the family shouting and crying out in the kitchen when they lost there temper. There was little consideration for this being a B&B. There was no explanation to how breakfast worked and we went the whole stay with no food or drink. It was a disappointing stay. Location somewhat made up for it though as walking distance to a lot of things. We only saw the host on arrival and he seemed pleasant and the family did say hello and greeted when seen, did speak little English. No fresh towels were provided during a 6 day stay. Only maintenance in the room was a change of Bin most days.

Helpful, pleasant people. Not sure that I'd describe it as a hotel (3 rooms I think) but it was fine. I had the address but I walked past it several times. The name appeared in the list of occupants near the front door, but I guess I was expecting a more obvious sign indicating there was a hotel in the building.

Very Noisy Family home
The room itself was ok. The towels were the size of a hand towels. The hosts English seemed ok at first however when I brought up the fact that I had accidentally booked two nights instead of one due to a poor internet connection and asked for a refund they conveniently forgot any English they had ever spoken. Very noisy, screaming kids and people yelling. Hard to sleep even with ear plugs.

Great budget travel option
The room is spacious and the shared amenities (2 bathrooms and a kitchen) are very reasonable. I arrived way past the official check-in time ended but the owners were waiting for me and let me in right away. It's a bit difficult to find the place because it's part of an apartment building and not very well sign-posted, so I don't recommend arriving by night. Otherwise, it's quite close to the city centre and a 2 minute walk from a metro station. For quick eats, I recommend Chef by Italy (traditional Italian sandwiches and pinses) and Palazzo del Freddo Giovanni Fassi (gelato!) which are both just down the street.

The worstest stay in my life. I try to locate this place the day before so we could save our time.Also, I let them owner to know what time we will be check inn ( answed to their request). When we arrived door was closed and nobody answed. We spent around 1 hour under the door tried to contact the host. After that her sister show us where to go but it is still take us for a while to find the place. Unfortunetly this lady couldn't speek English at all. Our room wasn't ready so we just left our things and left. I have to admit she was very frandly and made some nice cofee for us. When we back later in the evening we had to go another 1 km to different building! Our room was cosy and tidy. A bed was comfortable. Our host left two vouchers for the breakfast in the cafe which was closed. I don't know when they open but I am sure they save a lot of money both for themselfs and owners this accomodation. I don't think it was a good value for our money.

So disappointing and terrible!!!
I have booked a room in prince inn for 3 days in Rome in July. It was completely different from what it looks like! It was not even a bed and breakfast! They gave us a room! There gas pipes what blocked some towel!!!!! There was a big old door!! Just on top of one of the beds!! I don’t know why!! Was it part of a decoration?!! A door?!! A towel was hanged on it! We were so scared even to sleep!!! We were afraid that the extra door may fell on us during the night!! Hotels around this place was at the same price! You are not going to believe that we spent this amount of money and literary!! For nothing! Could you please high light it somewhere on your ad that it is a very cheap!!!! Bed and breakfast?!! And please upload more realistic pictures of you disgusting rooms!!! Is there any way to ask for refund or reimbursement of part of it?

Very nice Hotel right at the center of Rome
This is probably more of a traditional B&B or of a more trendy Airbnb setting. The host lady is very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and tidy, there is a fully functional kitchen with stove and fridge (I think you could even cook a full meal if you like), which all made our short stay very pleasant. I wouldn't compare this to a business-oriented Hilton or Sheraton, which is like comparing an iPhone 6s to a $150 Samsung Android, because honestly we are not paying that high price, so with the price charged (we booked at the very last minute) everything worked out more than expected. The location is fairly convenient, one stop away by Metro from the Central Train Termini. There is a grocery store nearby where local Italians shop, so we were able to buy some food and fruits at reasonable price. Also there is a nice Ice-cream shop along the street where you can reward yourselves after a long-day's walk touring the city! Overall we are very much pleased with our stay, and definitely will stay at Price Inn if we ever go to Rome again in the future, to finish the attraction sites we didn't have the time to visit this time.

Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. They tried their best to help with what we needed. However, the place was not the cleanest and there were BED BUGS and woke up in the middle of the night covered in blood and bites.We decided to leave and check into a new hotel. Staff were concerned and said would take care of problem immediately. Hopefully they fix this problem soon.

the room is average. not fancy at all. but its good enought for rest and sleep. the service is pretty good. very helpful staff. we arrive at mid night, and the staff came out to find us on the street in case we couldnt find the hotel. She said she has been wondering around on the street for few hours looking for us. thats too considerate of her. so touching.

The B&B was a bit difficult to find, but after arriving the host welcomed us openly and explained the available facilities. For breakfast there was cereals, breads, and pastries, although they did run out one day. We were also asked to change rooms on our second day because someone else would be arriving. It was a bit inconvenient to move everything, but the new room had its own bathroom. The place is conveniently located 5 minutes away from the metro station, and there's plenty of places to eat around the area. Overall, you get what you pay-- it was affordable and comfortable.

The most disgusting inn I ever saw. When I walked in the lady who can't speak a word of English ask me to come into kitchen. The whole place has horrible smell. I was gonna puke I'd i would stay a minute longer. I will advise to stay in a campsite rather than staying at this place . You might catch a disease in this inn. I will prefer to stay on the street buy not at this inn.

Odd but comfortable
The lady who owned the place was exceptionally nice and helpful. It's important to note that the place is more like an apartment to share and not a usual hotel. To check in, you need to show up at the building and ring a bell listed as Prince Inn. The room was god enough and the host even provided us with huge bottles of water and fruits. For the price and its being in Rome, it's well worth the money.

If you need a place to sleep only....
If you need a place to sleep ONLY! Then, this is a place you can use. The staff was very friendly, I asked for a taxi to be outside the hotel at 4am, and the taxi was there. The hotel is located about 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini, which is easy access to take the train to the airport.

Julia was very helpful she directed us to a great place to eat La Cavau. The room was clean and comfortable. bathrooms were small and breakfast was nothing to write home about. Lots of packet food. This B&B was close to the colloseum and train station. but the direction to find it were Convoluted.

The pros : - Close to Vittorio Emmanuel or Termini subway stations.. - Staff (Giulia) was very welcoming. Emailed me the day before arrival to make sure she was there for me at arrival. The cons : - this is not an hotel. Its an appartement with rooms rented. - very tough to find the venue, took us nearly 15 minutes to figure it out. - unsafe neiborghood. We saw all the gangs and graffitis outside but didnt make a case of it, but a policeman advise us to be careful after dark due to gangs being active. - they say breakfast included but its false. Its wrapped cakes and a box juiced. After we complained, Giulia gave us vouchers to a close by restaurant to get our breakfast. - the bed were very hard. And there was no air conditionning. - the bathroom was not that clean and there was brooms, buckets and etc every where. All in all, its more of an hostel than a hotel or b&b. They went out of their way to help us out but at the end if the day, thats not what i expected so i wouldnt recommend this hotel based on that
