The property was in a great location. I was supposed to receive the code for the door for my arrival which I never did. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were hard as a rock. The property offered breakfast which was ordered the night before. The food was not good at all. Despite those two problems we did enjoy our stay.

We loved our stay!
We loved our stay! Great location-only few minutes walking to Vatican. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Breakfast was delish. The main roads can be noisy at night, but we used our sleep app so it wasn’t an issue for us. Would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Great Location, friendly staff and accommodating
We stayed in this accommodation for 4 days and we had a comfortable stay. The location is also good and has plenty of amenities nearby. It is also close by tourist spots such as Vatican museum and St Peters Square. The staff were accommodating and helpful particularly Danica who assisted us and was very helpful throughout the stay. The system to access the room and building was pretty cool no need to have keys and the instructions were clear. We would suggest for breakfast that there should be more options on the menu selection such as cold cuts, eggs etc. as the breakfast options were particularly limited. Despite this we had a good stay in the accommodation.

an excellent place to stay in Rome very close to all points of interest such as the Vatican City, a highly recommended place to take a few days of vacation,the only drawback is the WIFI service, really very, very poor, that is the only drawback, no matter how hard we tried, we could never have a good WiFi connection that the place gives, its signal is terrible and it is not well enabled to have one from the room quality sign

La Cupola del Vaticano was a great hotel we stayed at. We arrived late at night, check in was still easy. Easy commute to all of Rome's famous sites such as The Pantheon, Fontana Di Trevi, Trajan, Spanish Steps are all within walking distance, and the Vatican is just right across the street, the metro is a couple of blocks away. Colosseum is about a 15 minute drive. Breakfast was delivered on time. Loved the location and service at this hotel.

We just left Rome on 8/21. La Cupola Del Vaticano is in a great location, we had a big room with comfy beds, and it was clean, the air conditioning was great, the elevator was small but without it, it could have been difficult to carry out our luggage to our room. Famous sites such as The Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Fontana Di Trevi, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo are within walking distance, and the Vatican is just right across the street, the metro is a couple of blocks away. A lot of restaurants around, and right across the street there is a grocery store. The waitress "Bing" she goes by Bingo was very kind and very friendly, gave us advice regarding sightseeing, she brought breakfast up to our room every morning. Silvia, the Cupola'owner was great, the best way to reach her is through WhatsApp. She arranged for a taxi for us before we arrived in Rome and when we left.

The Good- Location! Location! Location! 5 minute walk to the Vatican City and the Metro Station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby including a 24 hr restaurant right across from the hotel. Complimentary breakfast delivered to your room and the assigned host was friendly and did a good job cleaning our room. The Bad- the room we had needed lots of TLC. The walls were dirty and could use a fresh coat of paint, The furnitures are cheap quality. The Ugly - The bathroom sink leaked the whole 6 nights we were there. Visible mold and peeling paints were very concerning and the unwashed/ dirty bed cove had stains and hairs on it It was disgusting! Overall, we enjoyed our stay due to convenience and the nice, hardworking staff made up for it However we would've loved it if the room was in better condition.

We arrived very early in the morning Rome time and we were met by a very kind,sweet concierge. She was extremely helpful with directions and recommendations. Most importantly, our room was cleaned every day and breakfast was delivered on time. The breakfast selections were plentiful and delicious. The room was cute and functional but not upper end. I have no complaints with the bedroom area, but the bathroom had some mold growth above the shower which clearly had been given some time to expand. I feel this is an exceptional deal and the location is perfect. Driving transfers to and from the airport were provided by the hotel owner for a reasonable fee and their drivers were extremely courteous and punctual.

The location, just walk out of the hotel and yiu are 5 minutes from Vatican, lots of restaurants, metro just 5 minutes from the hotel. The staff is absolutely nice and helpful. We arrived around 11 pm and Lougi proved us with the details how to get in. The hotel is deluxe, the bed is comfortable,

IN THE HEART OF IT ALL
This B&B is big and spacious with a small shower. The room was equipped with beverages for a price but it's in the heart of Rome. It's 5 minutes away from the Vatican Museum and all other areas. It can use a few upgrades such as painting. My FAVORITE PART ABOUT MY STAY WAS YOU SELECT YOUR BREAKFAST AND TIME AND IT WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOU. That was fantastic for us because we liked to sleep in.

Absolutely loved this place! The staff is courteous and it’s clean. Luigi is very responsive and even met us personally upon arrival. I reported a minor concern with the bathroom sink and within an hour Luigi was in the room addressing the concern. As a single mom traveling with 3 teens, I loved how safe and comfortable we all were. The location is great, just a couple of blocks from the Vatican with lots of restaurants around to choose from.

The Cupola del Vaticano is an excellent place to stay.The facilities,staff and location are all impressive. The view from our window was breathtaking -with St Peter’s dome so close made our stay even more special than we could have ever imagined. I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the local resources. Ema who checked me in was very quick and sharp. She would tell me helpful tips when I told her where I planned to go for the day. Breakfast was wonderful and plenty. The staff brought breakfast to the room. There was variety in the croissants which I appreciated. The room was clean and was big like the rooms you find in California hotels. The location is great, close to the Metro and the Vatican. The best part about my stay here was the wonderful staff. I am from California so I'm comparing this hotel to California and I will say this place is the best! They have an attentive and smart staff. They facilities are fine like those found in California. Stay here for your trip. I would certainly recommend this for all travelers. I traveled with my 67 year old mother and she really loved it.

An unforgettable stay! I was there at the end of November with my family. Ema and Dany were super attentive and friendly. Always ready to help if we needed something. The hotel is like boutique hotel. It is beautiful and very central. From my room I could see the vatican dome. I would really stay again without thinking. Our stay was magical!

Great Hotel, staff, and location
Everything started at the airport where our driver (selected by Ema) was already waiting for us at the exit. As soon as we arrived at La Cupola, we were greeted by Ema who was amazing! She then gave us all the information we needed to be able to find everything in the Vatican including all the landmarks and the best restaurants near by. Our room had a beautiful view of the Vatican! As we were celebrating my wife's birthday and we were going to leave the hotel early in the morning the following day, Ema made sure that we were fed and left us a basket full of food in the room for us to take as we were going to miss Ema's breakfast in pajamas (yes, breakfast in pajamas). The day of my wife's birthday, Ema and Dany? (I believe that was his name I am very bad with names) greeted my wife with a sincere happy birthday as we were going to leave the hotel to celebrate her bday with Papal mass. At the end of the day, We were surprised to find a bottle of wine in the room with a personalized note for my wife. The following day we had the opportunity to try Ema's breakfast in pajamas which was an amazing way to start the day. Honestly, this was one of the best stays I have ever experienced and I has just left a Luxury hotel in Paris and the service was no different than the one we received at La Cupola. In addition, as being part of the largest hotel company, I can truly say that La Cupola raises the hospitality standards to the highest levels. Thank you Ema!

Location!
This is a lovely hotel close to the Vatican. There's old-fashioned cage-type elevator which is quite fun and interesting. The owner and staff are very nice and really do go out of their way to make sure their guests are comfortable.

Great location near the Vatican
Great location, staff was friendly and helpful. Would like to have know it was the 4th floor of a bulding and not a hotel on its own. Probably my mistake. The elevator works but only 1 person at a time, it is very small and old, if you have luggage. Very nice continental breakfast served in your room. In room safe and a small refrigerator with water, beer and other beverages, very nice. Was centrally located for where we wanted to visit. Lots of little shops and restaurants to choose from.

Want a city break? This is the place to stay.
We were welcomed very warmly by Ema and Danny who couldn't have been more helpful with information and directions on where and where not to go. The fabulous Lorodana took over where they left off and was there daily to help and guide us through a city she is still learning about herself. A wonderful lady, and a great asset to the hotel. All in all a brilliant city break.

Rome vacation
Wonderful stay in Rome about 100 yards from the Vatican. Very comfortable rooms. Hotel worked with us via email when our flight from Chicago was delayed 24 hours. Entire staff was very accommodating to our needs and made us welcome. A small B&B in the city.

Fantastic friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was situated just a three minute walk from St Peter's Basilica and a five minute walk from a metro station. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family
