Over all was an absolutely perfect Hotel part from loosing a couple of our stuff !!, cleaning up , hotel staff and service, location and easy transportation around , breakfast etc But the only reason I chose Average rate on staff was because we lost a couple of items any time we asked for room service at our suite!! Which was a shame that we didn't noticed it till last day when we packed our stuff which unfortunately we didn't have any particular evidence to claim against it as we trusted the Hotel staff so we left our stuff and bags in our suite ! So if you choosing this Hotel make sure you take your Worthy belongings with you or take photos of what you are leaving behind!

I spent a week at Hotel Zone. It’s peaceful and a little removed from the bustle of the city, but easily accessible by bus. The room had everything I needed. The restaurant offers some gluten free items for breakfast upon request!

The hotel was good, the quality of the breakfast needs improvement, I would suggest they offer some kind of shuttle service to the center, that would eliminate the hassle of dealing with taking taxis and getting charged higher taxi fees

Good location for proximity to the John Felice Rome Campus where my daughter was attending for her study abroad. Free shuttle to and from the campus to transfer her luggage was much appreciated! Nice breakfast and clean rooms made for a pleasant stay.

Modern stay just outside the city
Superb modern hotel. Friendly attentive staff. Yes it’s a bit out of the city but that means it’s quiet. Food choices locally are limited and the restaurant is closed over winter for refurbished. Continental breakfast each morning is good. Free shuttle service to and from the city or railway stations few mins walk away with regular service to a station close to the Vatican. Would appily stay again

No so good experience.
Not so good experience, unproffessional staff, I faced several problems during my stay but didn’t want to make a story, when it got a bit over I escalated to the management who did not take any serious action. Staff lied to me, and provided false information, and the management barely apologized abou that. Things that I didn’t even raise to the management as I know nothing can be done during my stay, rusty water taps in the bathroom and very bad insulation, I woke up every single day as early as 7 am to the room service cleaning rooms arund.

Free shuttle service to the centre of Rome was great never had an issue booking on and used the bus everyday of our holiday. Breakfast was nice and kept us going for most of the day and the restaurant and bar and the hotel serves great quality Italian food. The rooms were lovely and clean and a good size, it was nice to get away from the busy city centre and spend time relaxing at the hotel. Would definitely recommend and would go back.

The staff was excellent, the food was good and it was clean. The location is a little far from the attractions but they have a shuttle available which is nice but the last shuttle is at 18:30 so I had to take a taxi most days. If it wasn’t for my white noise machine I would have hated it as I could hear everything from the hall and rooms near mine.

The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful! The free shuttle into the city center was very nice, as was having the arranged personal car to the airport (same price as taxi). Breakfast was very good and convenient to have right there. Only downsides: 1) pillows are flat and bed is hard. 2) located away from anything in the city so we would take the bus back in the evening or a taxi. The price and amazing staff make it worth it!

Not worth it.
Stayed in this hotel for a little more than 2 weeks. The hotel is very far from everything near the city center. A few friends I was with got bed bugs in their hotel rooms and had bites all over them. The breakfast doesn't change in the mornings and isn't very good overall. Beds are pretty comfortable though. Shower is very, very small though. No wash cloths are provided so bring your own. Wifi also is terrible. It cuts in and out every 20 minutes and is such a pain!

Great Hotel, super clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast and shuttle service to town. It has a great restaurant in the Hotel. There aren’t many restaurants or stores close to the hotel. The shuttle service only runs to 6:30 pm.

This is a nice hotel. Everything you need and the staff are pleasant. They have a shuttle for free to take you into the city. The only downside of this hotel is how far away it is from all the sites downtown and all the good restaurants. I stayed here because friends were staying here for an academic program. However, if I return to Rome I'd likely stay at a hotel in the city.

Pros: Breakfast Parking Cons: - The room was very small. We booked for 4 people and this room, though named a suite, was NOT suitable for 4 people. - The staff, specially the receptionists, were very rude, inattentive and unprofessional. I am not talking about only one, but I tried talking to different staff in the reception. Unfortunately all of them lacked the same qualities and showed the same level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. - The room we booked was supposed to be for 4 people; but it was as though they were expecting 2 people: 2 slippers in the room, 2 sets of shampoo and soaps, 2 sets of towels, etc. - The design of the room and its facilities and their effectiveness was terrible. The toilet's wall were semi-transparent (why? what's the benefit in that?), and the shower area had no doors and was open. Not at all useful for a family, or any other decent group of people. - VERY IMPORTANT! There was not enough sockets in the whole room. There were all together 3. One was besides the sink, making it almost useless for plugging electronics. One was next to the TV, used by the kettle. Last one besides a bed. As a family of 4 with couple of electronics (4 phones and 2 laptops, nothing crazy), it was impossible to charge everything. - The hotel is very far from the city centre where all the museums, landmarks, decent restaurants are. It takes 40min to get to the city centre by car, and about 1 hour by bus. Also the bus stop itself is 15min away by walk.

Home away from home.
I was concerned about the language barrier and general travel alone. The Zone’s amazing staff made my stay so wonderful by attending to all of my travel needs in a way, English, that I always understood. They were patient and kind.

Under renovation awkward location
Booked this hotel cause it was near my rental car’s drop off location. Staff was very unwelcoming, we arrived around 8pm and were given a room on the first floor which was wheelchair accessible, did not need this type of room and you can hear all the noise. But what really made the experience bad was the attitude of the reception staff.

Zone in Rome
The hotel Zone is located in a mostly high density residential area which safe and fairly quiet. Hotel shuttle will take you to city center and back. Parking garage is on site. Friendly staff and modern facility provided a accommodating stay.
