Great location, need TLC
No flowers and walls were dirty. There was a sewage smell in the bathroom that lingered out into the bedroom. You could hear all the noises from the building every time someone flushed the toilet or took a shower.

Convenient location but, Eh.
Two in our party were visiting Rome for the first time. The location could not be more convenient. The breakfast had the perfect variety to get us off to a great start. The daily WiFi fees were less than ideal. The shower was claustrophobic. The room could use some better placed outlets for charging tools and toys.

Staff was outstanding & helpful. Room/bath were spotless. NO A/C, but they gave us a fan; worked well. 12 Euros for breakfast. Now charging 5 Euros for WiFi; Convenient to Train station, Metro, Buses within a 2 blocks

The hotel is in a really bad condition. The rooms are old and dirty, the staff is not welcoming and not helpful. The condition does not match as portrayed in the pictures on Expedia. The booking indicated that WiFi was free but on the contrary it was chargeable. I did not feel safe to stay at the Hotel.

Easy going budget hotel
Right next to the Termini, this hotel is conveniently located without being noisy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small, but contain everything needed and are very clean.

Across from Termini Station - great Value
I booked to stay at the hotel Stromboli because of the price & close location to the train station but mainly because I liked the name LOL. This hotel is just across the street from the terminal. My adult son and I planned a one night stay as he was the party in Rome early next morning. We wanted a chance to see some of the sites but did not want to waste time in transit to a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised by the regal entrance. The front desk clerk communicated clearly and our special discount price was in order. The initial room we checked into had a drip from the air conditioning unit. When I notified the front desk they very quickly and kindly moved us to a room just a few doors away. This room was actually a little bit larger. The room was just perfect for our quick one night stay. Suggestions for your stay: ask for a remote for your television when you check-in. It was not available in either room we were in, but a quick visit to the front desk solved that issue. Also if you want Wi-Fi access it is five euro per 24 hours per device. I did not mind paying that fee as the hotel price was incredibly low.

Convenient location.
Having said the location is convenient, a few other basic three star qualities are missing. They charge for wifi and the do not have items like shampoo. They do have a hair dryer which is helpful.

Perfect right in front of the main train station!
Right in front of the train station termini station easy access to be able to travel to other cities as well as very close to the center of Rome with all the tour companies available at the lobby in which they were very helpful with all types of tours and sightseeing locations.

The manager Mr. Daneile gave me the worst single room the only with shower outside and i asked him if any room is like that, he said all single rooms are like that, which was proved to be the only room in the whole hotel with shower outside. The problem is for him not saying the truth and confirmed one more time that info when I asked hime directly, knowing the my reservation does not say the shower is outside. The room and bathroom without shower were super small and I was almost sleeping hearing all other guests talking and moving in their rooms. Wifi is charged for 5 € and breakfast was ok although poor. The problem is that the hotel is not clean enough even to spend one day including the bed sheets and bathrooms. The only clear positive thing is it's location. Also the staff are friendly except for the manager which appears that employees fear him too much taking any decision and i had several times to wait for him to come in the morning with nothing offered by him as a solution. He seemed not mucg satifsfed for the price I got although this was the price offered by Hotels.com with the services mentioned for single room.

This is my second, it's very near to the termini station and Sacre Coeur church iis just half minute away. 24 hours reception and they can speak and understand English well.

I wish there was ANYTHING to say about this hotel.
The staff at reception think they are doing us a favour by allowing us to stay at the hotel...Extremely cold staff...could not even get a reply to a basic question... they seem to be there only to hand over the keys after they finish doing whatever they are doing- They never greet you when you return back to the hotel...Even soap is not provided.

Arriving by Ryanair coach from Ciampino the hotel is literally across the road. We were attracted by its location (one of many in close proximity), rather than what it had to offer, but had no complaints during the stay, and would certainly use it again.

Very close (2 minute walk) to the station and across the road from the shuttle bus to the airport. Not far away are the "Hop on hop off" buses for a quick tour and there are good value restaurants just around the corner. Management willingly stored our luggage after we checked out, for the rest of the day. Excellent breakast. Expensive internet. Very helpful staff. We got 3 nights at a good rate and would certainly go back again.

Just say no to this place.
Allow me to list a few of the issues. The air conditioner did not work, there was black mold in the shower and the shower drain did not work. I had to wiggle the wires on the lamp to get it on and the beds were uncomfortable. Their vending machine was broken and they charge to use the internet. The staff were unfriendly and even rude. Everything about this place was third class.

Cheap but not cheerful. Only good thing is next to station for transfers from airport. Room was awful. Sockets hanging off wall. Door frame completely lose and moving. Shower cubicle only good for a child and no toiletries as advertised. Pay more and stay somewhere elsewhere

Good Place to Stay
After having a bad experience with a different hotel in Rome, we checked in last minute to the Hotel Stromboli. Luckily they could accommodate us. Easily within walking distance of the train station, the hotel staff was extremely courteous, attending to our every need. The breakfast that was included was very good and the hotel even opened the breakfast room early to accommodate our tour schedule. The hotel was happy to assist us in booking day trips and arranged for us to be picked for the tours. The bed was comfortable, and the room and bathroom were clean. Since we did not have a reservation, our room overlooked the street, which was noisy with the window open, quiet with the window closed. All in all, a very good experience. Being that close to the train station made it that much easier to get around Rome!

テルミニ駅からすぐの立地がよかったです。空港からタクシーでホテルに行きましたが、タクシーの運転手さんもホテルストロンボリと言うとすぐにわかってくれました。飛行機が遅延してしまいましたが、深夜のチェックインにも対応してもらえ助かりました。 朝食時のカプチーノがおいしかったです。

O hotel é muito bem localizado, fica em frente as estações de trem e também a uma parada de ônibus que realiza diariamente trechos de ROMA x aeroporto, fica 20 minutos de alguns pontos turístico como Coliseu e Fontana de Trevi, nós preferimos ir caminhando para conhecer melhor a cidade na grande maioria dos passeios, mas também utilizamos trem e ônibus para os locais mais distantes. O café da manhã é bem completo, porém a partir das 9h sempre faltava algo e não tinham para repôr, sendo que o horário de café era até as 10h. Nosso quarto era no 5º andar, obtivemos 3 desconforto, o box do banheiro era bem apertado, mal conseguimos se mover, o secador de cabelo muito antigo e ruim e que no 6º andar localizava-se as caixas d'água de abastecimento do hotel, as quais faziam barulhos em alguns momentos. Porém, haviam coisas boas, havia fregobar, TV, ropeiro, escrivaninha, 2 cadeiras e a cama era de casal (não 2 camas de solteiro como em alguns hoteis), todas os funcionários muito simpáticos, de bom humor e o hotel sempre bem limpo.

Hotel molto vicino alla stazione e quindi comodo per prendere il treno. Stanza in buone condizioni, purtroppo il bagno è senza bidet ed i cuscini non erano molto comodi. Poi non capisco perchè gli alberghi si ostinano a usare i materassi singoli anche nelle stanze matrimoniali, causando il problema che durante il sonno si scivoli nella fessura fra i due materassi e si dorma scomodi. 저가의 로마 호텔이 다그렇듯이 그리 시설이 좋지 않습니다. 근데 금방에 다른 곳들에 비해서 이곳이 낫고 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 하나 불만이라면 와이파이를 사용하려면 하루 3천원을 지불해야 합니다.

シングルルームの宿泊でした。 シャワーカーテンの幅が短く、シャワールームと洗面所の床に仕切りがない中、左後方にベッドルームの扉があるため、シャワーの水が扉の下の隙間からベッドルームにも漏れてしまいました。 バスマット用のタオルで拭き取りましたが、シャワーを終えて洗面所から出た時は一瞬驚きました。 シャワーカーテンも古いため、清潔感があまりありませんでした。 夜12時頃にローマに到着したので、テルミニ駅至近のわかりやすい場所にあったのは良かったです。 ローマでは二泊目の宿を先に押さえて、後日一泊目としてこちらを予約したのですが、先述の通りシャワーに気を使うことになるので、滞在には不向きだと思います。 ただ、宿泊費は安かったので、設備は相応だと思います。 また、モーニング付プランだったのですが、モーニングは宿泊費に対して充実していると思いました。
