We would definitely stay at Hotel Barocco again! From the time we arrived, everything was just perfect. They are so hospitable, the room was clean and well appointed, and having the little bar on property was really fun. Plus, they arranged all our transportation needs. Great location - super fun restaurants nearby. No surprises on our bill - everything was just how it was supposed to be. Wonderful people, great stay.

I stayed for three nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The breakfast is so generous, the room (which was a single) was ample and had everything I needed. The staff were helpful, kind and always greeted me with a smile. It felt really like a luxury stay in a great part of the city. I will absolutely be recommending it and staying there again!

Thank you for a fantastic stay. We have had the most amazing weekend in Rome. Hotel Barocco was the perfect venue to enjoy and explore all Rome has to offer. The Staff have been wonderfully helpful and courteous and the room, with the view over Piazza Barbarini brilliant. Thank you so much for helping make our Easter weekend so special.

The hotel was fantastic. The staff were extremely polite and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely and well presented. The staff could not do enough for you. It was my husbands 50th birthday whilst we were there, I didn't tell the staff so they must have spotted it from his passport. They made such a fuss of him, when we walked through reception they wished him a happy birthday and at breakfast bought him pancakes with a candle and sang to him! It was brilliant! Location wise the hotel is perfect, close to everything you need. We walked everywhere. We only took a cab to the Vatican which the hotel booked for us. Bedrooms were lovely and cosy, very quiet and very clean. Bathroom was amazing with three different shower options. All in all a fantastic mini break and I would highly recommend this hotel - perfect in every way! Thank you to all the staff! Xxx

What a fantastic little gem of a hotel. Perfectly located for the metro, hop on hop off bus and many of the main attractions. Fantastic staff who did everything they could to make our stay as hassel free as possible. Cannot recommed this hotel highly enough.

I would give this hotel ten stars, if possible!!! The best service we have ever received and this includes numerous stays in Ritz Carlton's. First, the manager, Fabio, was beyond helpful including sending me my Passport picture, when I couldn't get into the Colosseum as well as retrieving my luggage in storage the last day after I was rained on and needed my raincoat. Stephano, the dining manager, was wonderful! He is a professional! He ran the daily breakfast with expertise and with a smile! Daily breakfast was plentiful and delicious. They sent us a bottle of Champagne for my husband's birthday as well as chocolates when we checked-in. Our hotel room was spacious, and the bed very comfortable. Don't hesitate to stay here where they treat you well!!

Perfect property! The entire staff went above and beyond. Fabio and Fabritzio and the young lady as well as the bartender who stepped in to make late night snacks for us. We fell in love with the staff and the lovely property! No stone was unturned

It was a pleasant experience staying in this hotel. Clean, close to everything and lots of shopping options near by. Also, amazing breakfast and staff. My only complaint was its design. It was like a maze to use the staircase (just a little concern in case of an emergency). Other than that, it was perfect and I'd love to stay here again.

We were very surprised by how centrally located Barocco Hotel is located! Only a short walk to the Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain, a metro A line stop is a 30 second walk away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the service outstanding! We will be back next time in Rome!

From the moment we booked our stay we received exceptional customer service! We stayed in Rome for our anniversary and the hotel helped us celebrate with optional Prosecco, chocolates and complimentary treats! We were so impressed with the room. Very clean, comfortable and quiet! The location is centrally located with everything needed within walking distance. We especially enjoyed the morning breakfast and staff, and Fabio was very helpful and knowledgeable! We will stay at Hotel Barocco again if ever in Rome!

We stayed here for our last night of a Eurotrip honeymoon adventure. It was so wonderful there, we both wished we had more time. It’s so close to all of the spots you’d want to see while in Rome. We walked everywhere from the hotel and they were SO helpful with arranging our car to the airport for the next morning. We got in earlier than anticipated and they welcomed us with breakfast and had our room ready so fast, we were shocked! Top notch staff, beautiful hotel and location, amazing bartender, Marco, with the great stories and drinks! Just wish we could have stayed longer, will definitely be back for our next Rome trip!

The hotel is a high end boutique hotel that is absolutely beautiful. The owners really put a lot of effort into the quality of the property and is more beautiful in person! But what makes this hotel special is the staff and customer service. They treat you like you’re the most important thing in the world. They go way beyond any hotel experience I’ve ever had! We stayed for 18 days and it really felt like such a beautiful and personal experience. My husband was sick on the 2nd day and the staff were so concerned, brought breakfast to the room, asked what else they could do, medicine, etc. Whatever they could do, they wanted to do. On Christmas Day they gave us a beautiful note and card too! If we didn’t eat our entire meal, they wanted to know if we didn’t like it so they can fix it. All smiles, such professionalism, such kindness. By FAR the best hotel experience of my life and I’m a frequent traveler.

We had a fantastic 2 night stay in this hotel. The staff were excellent. Clean, very comfy bed, great shower. Breakfast was superb. It’s very central to everything and made our trip very easy to just leave the hotel and find our way around the city. Barberini metro station is 1 min walk. 5 mins to Spanish steps and 5 mins to trevi fountain. 10 mins to pantheon. Get the metro to the vatician City - we bought all our tickets on the door which is the best way not to be conned by touts.

The concierge was so very helpful in sharing his recommendations for dinner, transportation and points of interest. Being from America and knowing very little Italian everyone speaks multiple language and can help a person like myself ordering food and asking for direction. We felt so at home in our room. It was a quiet and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are so welcoming and work together like family. The service is the same as five star hotels that we have stayed in before. We highly recommend this hotel to stay “when in Rome”.

I liked everything about this property except one thing. Being on vacation sometimes you need to stop at the room for 15-20 min between excursions. 2 of the 3 days we came back and housekeeping was in our room and asked us not to use it. Once was in between 2 tours which was very inconvenient for us. I chalked it up to bad timing/luck as everything else was great!
