Very old place hasn’t been updated. No ac. Very flat pillows. The washroom stank very bad. For the amount I paid to stay there not worth it at all. I would never stay there again. The only good thing about staying there was the location close to train station and near all the stuff for site seeing. Do not stay here. The smell is sooooo bad

Beware or stay away
Avoid this place at any costs. This was the worst stay ever. The guy at the reception tried to overcharge us for turist tax when he clearly knew the law. Beware abd don't get scammed. We didn't get the room we originally booked, even telling us not to contact Hotels customer service because he will do it.

Freezing room that only had one old heater that didn’t work properly, heating was only put on at certain times leaving the room ice cold. Mentioned to Receptionist who didn’t do anything about it. I and my son caught colds due to poor hygiene and temperature. The mattresses were stained and smelly and filthy duvets which stank heavily of smoke. Shower broken and inadequate hot water. heating . I want a refund!!

We stayed 4nights n we knew we would have a packed day trips and we honestly only needed a good bed to sleep on to recharge. Property is old just like any other European budget friendly hotel. The staff was great and very helpful when we asked to check out at 5 am. If u just need a bed and can oversee the dated hotel room then I would recommend this.

Budget place for budget travelers.
It's a budget place. Np high expectations. Near main train station. The best of the places are the staffs, because they do their best to make your happier in the circumstances. So, if you're a budget traveller that worths. Mainly the room number 6. I am happy after they made their best to.

Very economical and friendly staff
Eurorooms is an ideal place if you wish to spend few nights at a very economical rate, especially since it is close to the Termini station, you have almost easy access to any part of Rome. The staff was very friendly, supportive and offered good suggestions about important touristic spots.

only if you have no choice

IT IS NO HOTEL IT IS NOTHING
I will arrive with my friends to thi hotel in Friday evening, I send e-mail to hotel that we will be at night, nobody coming we wait more than one hr to somebody, when we want to pay to room the guy from staff tall as that the credit card system dont work, and we have to pay cash next day, room was clean at night but in the morning was terrible ........................no no no more

The location is great, 5min walking distance from station Termini. Around there are plenty of places to eat and buy things, so you don't have to go far to buy things you may need.

When we arrived there they told us that Eurorooms cannot be used as there is not hot water. We were transferred opposite to stargate hotel. Unfortunately the hot water was neither working there.

Unprofessional management, with no email contact and a given phone that does not work. Only the house-keeping lady to attend to guests waiting outside locked premises. We arrived late to check in, but were not allowed to get into our room, and the joke is that we were asked to pay for the room that was closed to us! Would not recommend this shady joint to anyone.

Really enjoyed my short stay here
I had room 10 and was only there for 1 night as was transitioning to sorrento.The room was very clean beds comfortable staff very helpful.The location was excellent.Would definitely stay again.

Disappointing
We arrived at the location, only to be told to go across to a sister hotel, where we were then shuffled over to another sister hotel. They would only take cash for payment, even though we had secured the room with a credit card online. We had to dig around to come up with the total amount. The room had a tv that didn't work, a receiver that didn't work, the air conditioner was falling off the wall and didn't have a remote. When we asked for the a/c remote, we were given one that wasn't compatible. When we returned it, they sent someone up to see if it was the right one (like we were incapable of pressing the power button on our own!), who then said that it wasn't correct (duh!), and said that he would need to talk to the manager when she arrived in a few hours. He indicated he would come back with the actual remote. We didn't hear from him again. This place was fairly clean, but we would definitely not stay there again. Oh - and don't eat at Rossi's down the street. HORRIBLE food.

Good place in downtown Rome
Not sure why others rated this place so low. Probably because there are several small hotels under "Eurorooms" in the two buildings facing each other on this street in Rome (Palestro), and they can't all be of even quality. My room was clean and safe with hot water. The TV didn't work, but I didn't care. The manager was courteous and friendly. The only drawback was that they didn't accept credit cards, only cash. And wi-fi was only available in the lobby.

Assolutamente pessima. L'unica forma di vita che vedi è il receptionist,ma soltanto alla consegna delle chiavi. Dentro la camera il frigobar è vuoto,quindi ho dovuto chiedere una bottiglia d'acqua e per fortuna almeno quella ce l'avevano. In bagno era presente solo il telo grande,gli altri 2 pezzi assenti. Per farti la doccia devi chiedere di accendere lo scaldabagno altrimenti puoi farti una bella doccia fredda. Oltre questo non offre nessun servizio,neanche un caffè appena ti svegli la mattina. Per me questo "hotel" farebbe più figura se chiudesse perchè oltre al servizio scadente,lasciano il cliente da solo,se hai qualche imprevisto te lo risolvi. Una cosa sicura è che non ci tornerò mai più.

Péssimo Hotel
Péssimo! Quarto inadequado, banheiro horrível e serviço péssimo. A diária incluia café da manhã e o mesmo não foi oferecido, visto que eu não quis pagar por tal serviço (fui cobrado pelo café). Não recomendo este hotel. Evitem-no!

Cuando llegamos nadie nos recibió, tuvieron que llamar al encargado de otro hotel para que nos recibiera, además nuestra habitación no tenía baño privado y como no había a quien reclamar tuvimos que quedarnos en la habitación ofrecida. La ubicación es muy buena.

最悪なイタリア最終日
19時に到着しチェックインしようとしたら受付に人がいない。エレベーターはなぜか半分下の所で終わり。 インターホンは音が小さすぎて聞き取れない。やっと聞き取れたと思ったら今行くから5分待ってといわれ、20分待たされ、再度まだかと聞くと今すぐ行く！と。で、やっと来たかと思ったらイタリア語が聞き取れない浅黒い人が来た。ホステル等でもたいていパスポートだけでチェックインできるのに、予約の紙はないのか？なぜないのか？と言われ、私の名前はないのか？と尋ねると、上の人に電話をしだした。そうしたらなんと、トイレが壊れているからあなたの部屋はない、他のホテルを用意します。タクシー代も出します。と言われ当たり前だ、と思ったが、次の日の早くテルミニから出るつもりだったため、翌朝のタクシーはどうしたらいい？と聞くと移動先のホテルから駅までは自腹、地下鉄がちかいよと言われ、荷物も35キロ程あったからこのホテルを取った。往復のタクシー代払えよ。と説明を求めたら 渋々一個下のファミリー用の一室(個室)を提供するとのこと。 ベッドはあるが、最初見た時は洗濯の乾し代や運動マシーンがあり、あ、今は使ってない物置部屋か。と思った。 イレギュラーだから仕方ないとは思ったが、チェックインのために狭い階段の空間で沢山待たされ、さらに部屋がないとか、まぁ最悪、不快だって思っても仕方ないですよね。 しかも名前言ってパスポート出してもチェックインできないなんて、、、今まで安いホステルなどいくつか泊まってきましたが、どこもそんな事はなく、不快に思うとかありませんでした。 最後のイタリア滞在日だからと思ってせっかく一人部屋を選んだのに、、、、最悪な最終日でした。

Dålig personal. Vid ankomst visste inte ens om att vi kom. Skitigt, kallt, inget varmvatten och täckena kliade. Vi stannade bara en natt av 3. Så vad ni än hör så undvik detta ställe. Det enda som var bra, är att det låg väldigt bra till mot Roma termini.

L accoglienza e stata ottima il signore educato e disponibile, per il resto onestamente non è stato il massimo è poi capisco che si voglia dare un buon servizio con il riscaldamento ma gli ospiti non devono morire asfissianti ...non si possano regolare i termosifoni o spegnerli siamo stati costretti a dormire con la finestra spalancata e non mi sembra il caso ...

Horrible hotel
Muy mal... La informacion que se publica con uds., muy bien cuando llegas al hotel todo cambia y no hay recepcionistas y los que te atienden sonnlos que hacen la limpieza... Nos cambiaron de habitacion porque estaba lleno y fue horrible la primera noche... Nadie se hizo responsable solo dijeron que al final si me habian dado donde dormir....

Al mio arrivo mi dicono che la camera con bagno privato che ho prenotato non è disponibile! Ma c è solo una con il bagno in comune con altri ospiti, dopo aver discusso col proprietario ottengo una camera più grande con bagno privato per la prima notte e la stanza singola con bagno per la seconda notte.

Very BAD hotel! Do not recommend.
It was a very unårofessional check-in. The man we met did not speak english and did not know anything. He gave is a phone and we spoke to another man. He did not find our reference number and had to talk to him for a long time before he found our order. Then we sent to a nearby hotel. We did not get the room we ordered. It was a tiny room and it smelled very bad, it snelled pee and the sink was not working. We told, but did not get a new room before the day after. The other room was better but not very good. It was a lot of mold. NB only 30 minutes of Internett each day.

Vervelende check-in en kamer overboekt
We werden slecht ontvangen bij het hotel. De eigenaar kwam met een slecht verhaal dat hij een volledige verdieping onder water had staan door een lekkage en er dus 7 kamers overgeplaatst moesten worden naar andere hotels voor 1 nacht... Op het moment dat wij arriveerde begon hij pas te bellen voor een oplossing. Lijkt je dat hij dat al eerder had kunnen doen. Wanneer ik teruglees in de reviews zie ik dat dit veel vaker voorgekomen is, dus klinkt als overboekingen. Had dus wat eerder alle reviews moeten lezen. We zijn dus voor 1 nacht naar een ander hotel gemoeten. Terug in 'onze' kamer voor de laatste twee nachten blijkt het bed ook nog eens erg oncomfortabel te zijn. Hotel is wel schoon, maar vrij oud. Zou het niet aanraden...

Dramatisch slecht, nog nooit zoiets meegemaakt.
Er valt niet veel te vertellen over dit onthutsend slechte hotel: - De hoteleigenaar was ronduit asociaal, arrogant en ontzettend lui. - de kamer die we geboekt hadden was overboekt. (kregen een kamer in een ander hotel in hetzelfde gebouw) - We moesten vooraf betalen, en alleen maar Cash, pinnen was uitgesloten. Toen wij vervolgens niet genoeg cash hadden, en hij zei dat we de volgende dag konden betalen, stond meneer om 07.45 op de deur te bonken waar ze geld bleef? - Wifi wat er volgens het internet was, was helemaal niet aanwezig. Volgens de eigenaar lag dit aan mijn telefoon?! - de stroom is in 3 dagen tijd 2x uitgevallen, en die eigenaar was nergens te vinden. - van de 3 keer dat ik gedoucht heb, heb ik 2x onder een koude douche gestaan.

Pésimo.
No reservéis en este hotel, las imágenes de las habitaciones no tienen nada que ver con la realidad, camas sucias, suelos con polvo, el armario se cae a cachos, las paredes peladas y con humedad, mal olor, y el baño un zulo, la ducha sin cristales, no hay agua caliente, y el servicio malísimo, llegamos a las 11 de la noche y tuvimos que llamar al timbre de otro hotel porque eurorooms no nos abrían, el ascensor viejo, subimos y el recepcionista estaba entre borracho y dormido, una de las peores experiencias de mi vida, que no os pase lo mismo, por favor.

Отель был выбран исключительно из-за его месторасположения (возле вокзала и рядом с гостиницей, где жили мои друзья) и из-за цены (повезло с акцией -40%). Я получила ровно то, что ожидала, читая отзывы других туристов. Для одной звезды очень хорошо. Возможно, мне повезло, что жила не в сезон, и постояльцев было мало, потому что звукоизоляция "не очень". Под окнами каждое утро разворачивают рынок: устанавливают прилавки, разгружают товар, звякают-брякают. Но мне не мешало. Полагаю, летом, когда окна открывают, это может раздражать. Номер (я жила в №2) просторный, спать там можно втроем. Есть всё необходимое. Напор воды в кране слабоват, зато в унитазе - мощнейший. Полотенец 2 штуки. Уборка номера - каждый день! Завтрак не включен, и бог с ним - позавтракать можно в кафешках, вокруг много симпатичных. Единственное, что активно не понравилось - так это то, что при заселении с меня пытались ещё раз взять оплату. Минут 10 мы объяснялись: мне говорили, что оплата с какой-то неправильной карты, что платежа не видно (не прошёл?), а я настаивала, что всё оплатила полностью и заблаговременно. В итоге мне всё же выдали ключи, а я отдала только налог за 4 ночи (но об этом Hotels.com меня предупреждал)

très sale, mal isolé mais pas cher et bien situé
Il faut monter au 5ème étage sonner et attendre de longues minutes stressantes ou personne répond, heureusement un client de l'hôtel en a eu marre de la sonnette nous a ouvert, après une longue attente et de nombreux appels au numéro affiché à l'accueil en vain, je tombais sans cesse sur la messagerie. Enfin...L'agent d'accueil arrive et nous dirige vers la chambre dégueulasse : poils, chewing-gum en boule sur la tête de lit, chaussures sales dans le balcons, bouteille de shampoings pleine de poils et de cheveux dans la SDB Beuuurk! on a dû faire le ménage nous même !(par contre rien à faire pour l'odeur de cigarettes) à notre grande surprise le deuxième jour le ménage a été bien fait apparemment la femme de ménage a été virée et remplacée... Heureusement il y a des points forts pour rattraper un peu tout ça: l’emplacement pas très loin de la gare Termni (Navette aéroport + métro) ET le prix 25€+3€ de taxes par personne et par nuit.

Per una prova di sopravvivenza....
Hotel terribile. sporco, con muffe evidenti sui muri, decadente e senz'acqua!! Per fare una doccia bisogna conoscere la danza della pioggia Sioux!! Acqua calda solo in alcune ore del giorno con una pressione bassissima...in sostanza ne esce pochissima...impossibile utilizzarla!! Hotel indicato per chi vuole fare un rapido corso di sopravvivenza in ambiente ostile!! In bocca al lupo gente....
