The Viminale Hill Hotel is located in an old building in nineteenth century style in a central location, a few steps from Termini station, about 10 minutes and we are sorry if you've had trouble finding us. Dear guest, I would like to thank you for taking the time to share your opinion about your stay at Al Viminale Hill Inn & Hotel. First of all, I am happy to know that you appreciated our central strategic position. As you said, it is just a few steps away from Termini station, as well as from the two metro lines, and that makes it convenient to easily reach almost every part of the Capital. Moreover, taxi and bus stops are just outside the station. On the other hand, I am sad to hear that your stay has been just average. For breakfast, we propose room service on request, with an extra charge. As alternative option, there is a common area on each floor, where an electric kettle and an espresso machine are available to all our guests for making free tea and coffee whenever they prefer. Furthermore, our reception team is delighted to recommend the best bars in the nearby. Anyway, we always appreciate our guests' criticisms. We consider them as advices to do better. Dear Guest, Thank you very much for leaving us a feedback about your stay. We do not have any triple room nor apparments, in your case there has been an error in the system, we decided to do not delete you reservation but transfering you to an other type of accomodation, more spaceful for 3 people with more facilities,having also a balcony, an extra which we usually do not have. We thought that will be appreciated. After your complaints we have immediately took act offering you a discount of 25% on your stay and free pizza for each one to compesante these drawbacks. You felt satisfied with this solution, so we thought everything was solved. You did not say any other word for the whole stay. Now we are finding out it wasn't enough for you and you wanted even more, for other problems which as it seemes there were not as you did not told us nothing and we don't understand why, a bigger compensation would have been totally right, specially would have been very good for you. Clearly there was not anything elese to complain of, right the opposite of what you are saying now. This is a total unfair behaviour as since the beggining we have done our best to make you feel comfortable, and we have listened to all your complaints giving a solution. We are sorry to know you your stay has bot been very good and our efforts to make it be were not appreciated. Best regards

Gentile Ospite, Grazie per averci lasciato un feedback sul suo soggiorno. Ci dispiace apprendere che abbia avuto problemi con il riscaldamento a cause a noi ignote in quanto non abbiamo avuto la possibilità di indagare essendo che non ci è stato segnalato e non abbiamo riscontrato problematiche dopo il suo soggiorno. Molto probabilmente si sarò trattato o di un'impostazione erronea del telecomando o la finestra non era stata ben chiusa. I numeri da chiamare quando la reception è chiusa sono stati lasciati appositamente per far fronte a problematiche in mancanza del personale del front desk. Ci dispiace lei abbia dovuto sentire freddo ma bastava davvero semplicemente alzare il telefono, anche quelli in dotazione quindi completamente gratuiti, per far intervenire. Capiamo la sua educazione però non è corretto incolpare noi del suo malessere se non ha nemmeno tentato di contattarci. Siamo davvero desolati che il suo soggiorno non sia stato dei migliori per un inconveniente che probabilmente si sarebbe risolto nel giro di pochi minuti. Cordiali saluti
