"The desk people are decent. Don't smile much. Twice I got locked out of my room. Once for some reason, the key would not work. I went to the front desk and had to wait behind two people checking in (takes quite a bit of time) before I could get into my room. Once was when I was going into my friends room next to me (rooms 204 and 206 with a door between them). The door locked behind me, I did not bring my key with me. I didnt think that would happen.
