"The location is excellent, outside areas a bit scruffy, but public inside areas all clean and very good. The place was let down by the bathroom which had mould on the bath sealant and the extractor fan did not work. The bed was very comfortable and we would have slept well if the next door room had not returned at 0100 and played music for an hour.
Mainly a good stay considering the price we paid very good value for money and a good breakfast set up."
"We had a lovely stay at the hotel, staff were lovely and let us check in early as we had a wedding. The bed was comfortable, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Tea, kettle and biscuits provided and breakfast was delivered to our room at a time suitable to us. We would definitely recommend and will return in the future should we need too. Slightly noisy with being on the road but nothing can really be done to help that."
"Great central location. Beautiful clean room with friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay here and in Richmond.
The only downside for me were the very unfriendly signs warning customers about their behaviour."
