"Booked a suite, and when I called to double-check I was promised that it has two bedrooms with two real Queen beds. But we only got one bedroom and a terrible sofa bed. No such thing as two bedroom suite in this hotel, I was told. Front staff was also visibly suffering from work overload, very unorganized, and a bit unprofessional. Room was not the cleanest, found garbage under the sofa for example. The shower, although an awesome and spacious walk-in shower at first glance, had a) a pretty clogged drain and b) hardly any room for the water to go but into the bathroom, so it just pretty much flooded it. Two ACs in the suite, but only one remote for both. Same for the two TVs, lol! Free Breakfast was standard continental at best. Never Ever Again!"
