"Gave staff a 5 star because the check in and check out was great. Also too, we were having trouble with our key to get into the room and the cleaning staff that was on the floor came over and helped us. Breakfast was awesome. So much variety especially the hot items. "

It was either too hot or too cold. The pool was disappointing as it requires some additional cleaning on the deck, and the pool floor is quite badly chipped. The splash features didn’t work and towels weren’t always available (the washing machines broke down). The hotel had two elevators but only one was working...
