"The remote didn’t work, the phone didn’t work, and we had to ask for more towels by calling on my phone to the front desk and they told us house keeping comes every other day but never actually came to clean the room. The parking was a mess and I had to pay $45 a night. The breakfast was included but the day we came down for breakfast the lady said it wasn’t and she had to check at the front desk to make sure. We tried to go 2 more times but all the food was pretty much gone by 9am."
