My experience at the Four Points by Sheraton was a bit frustrating. Upon arrival, I was surprised to learn about the $50 parking fee per night. Even though valet parking was provided when I checked in, I didn't actually use the hotel parking that night. Later, when I returned to the hotel and tried to contact the front desk to inform them, I discovered that the phone in my room wasn't connected and the cords were missing. With my 3-year-old asleep, I couldn't easily leave the room to go to the front desk, which was quite frustrating.
After searching online for the hotel's number and enduring a long hold time, I finally managed to reach someone to let them know about the parking situation. A maintenance worker was sent to my room around 10 pm to connect the phone. The next morning, we were woken up by the loud noise from the housekeeping staff, who were talking loudly and making a lot of noise while cleaning nearby rooms. Additionally, I noticed that the hotel windows and balcony weren't in the best condition, and the elevator seemed old and slow. Overall, it was a bit disappointing.
