The hotel was beautiful, many pools. Food was great, service was awesome. The experience was above and beyond my expectation. The entire staff was very attentive. The only thing it’s missing is nighttime entertainment like live shows or movies.

Beautiful and great service. We really did love the experience overall. Only one thing I can say negative - the alcohol they use seems substandard to say the least. Doesn't really seem to have any alcohol content. Thankfully, alcohol isn't a huge issue to us, and yet it was still a bit disappointing. But again, the overall experience was great and I'm sure we'll be back.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The grounds were exceptionally clean. Our room was great as well. The food was good. My only qualm would be the staff. Some were extremely polite and helpful, while others seemed to prioritize their customers giving preferential treatment. Being slighted, in general is no fun, however, while on vacation, it REALLY is not the greatest. Overall, we would go back. A few bad apples won’t stop the show.

The entire staff, very friendly and polite, and always making sure we were comfortable and had every we needed. Our suite/room was beautiful and the view spectacular!!! The food at the different restaurants, delicious!! They decorated our Room beautifully for my birthday. That was a wonderful surprise when we walked into our room in the afternoon. I had a great birthday at Garza Blanca!! Also, Loved and participated in the different activities. The beach area is nice and sand very clean, but the design, could be improved.

It was noisy from the top as there was a lot of disturbance from the top of the 9th floor. Our restaurant booking was slow, and couldn’t even get to dine in most. Yuri our Butler went out of her way to help make my daughters birthday beautiful. Many times, there was as miscommunication between other staff. For example, I booked a beach birthday dinner and upon check out, I had a charge for it on my bill. I had to show my receipt again as they were charging me like I didn’t pay before arrival. But overall a very beautiful resort. Could use some more communication from front desk staff.

Garza Blanca was absolutely fantastic! The food was incredibly delicious, the room upgrade was superb, and the butler service was outstanding. Ismerai, Patty, and Landa made us feel so welcomed and provided amazing service. The only downside was the absence of music; I wish this resort offered more live music options.

Our experience was great! We really loved our butlers Yuri and Josue. They made sure to text us the daily activities and also kept in contact with us throughout our day to assist us with anything we needed. We didn’t have to pick up the phone and call the front desk because Yuri and Josue were always there to assist us. Our room was so clean and beautiful. The food on the property was delicious. We had reservations for dinner every night so there was no wait. We just wished the beach wasn’t so rocky and there was more nighttime entertainment, but overall, we had a very great time at Garza Blanca!!

Stayed for 6 nights as a family. Pools close at 8. Nothing to do. Kids bored. No entertainment. Restaurants were delicious. However, we didn't know to book weeks in advance. So we got dinner at 9 or 9:30 every night. Staff never really explained how anything worked until it was too late. They got our room wrong. So one of my teen girls had to sleep on a little rollaway bed. Then we lost a whole day while they kicked us out of the old room to get us our new room... at 5pm. Had to have all of our luggage out of the old room at 10 am. They cater to the elite (timeshare) people. We got kicked off the beach even though the elite guests weren't using the chairs. Very disrespectful. Made us feel like second class even though the trip costs us $20k and we upgraded everything. The hotel was nice, but we will never go back. It was boring and overpriced. Very disappointing.

My boyfriend and I just got backing from spending a week at Garza Blanca. I couldn't believe my eyes when we arrived to the resort, its beautiful! The rooms are very spacious we stayed in a lbdrm suite. The ocean view we had from our balcony was truly breathe taking. We had our own butler that was a nice experience his name is Luis, he made our trip more enjoyable by helping us book our dinner reservations and any activities that we would be joining throughout the week. Speaking of dinner reservations I must say that the food did not disappoint whether it was breakfast,lunch or dinner. The servers are kind, helpful and respectful which isn't always the case in some resorts. I would also like to mention Jesus & Edwin in the lobby bar, their drinks 10/10 and the service was great! Overall the resort was clean including the pools and we can't wait to go back and visit the adults only hotel. Thanks to Claudia and Ana for also being very helpful.

Garza Blanca was an exceptional experience. We had read the reviews prior to our stay and went in with an open mind. The resort and rooms are immaculate, employees are constantly cleaning to make sure everything is spotless. Our butler Luis was checking in with us prior to our arrival and was so helpful throughout our stay. Our travel group consisted of 5 adults and 1 toddler. Our butler Luis created a chat with our family and was constantly checking. He assisted us with our dinner reservations, excursion and with our transportation. We was patient with all our questions and requests and we are so thankful for him! The food at the resort is NOT your typical all inclusive, it’s actually a lot better than we expected. Plenty of options per menu, and the food was on point with seasoning unlike some reviews we read. The beach was clean and workers constantly picking up sea weed. All of the pool attendants were so gracious, helpful and constantly ensuring we had our drinks and food when requested. Shout out to Patty for all her help! There are plenty of pool chairs for everyone and did not find it hard to reserve. 24 hour room service had plenty of options on the menu and all delivered within a reasonable time. We have no negative feedback and will definitely come back to visit this beautiful resort.

We had a very great trip for spring break. First time with kids at an all inclusive and it was fantastic. Great food for the most part, really enjoyed Dao! Friendly and accommodating staff!
