"A clean well maintained property that has its challenges. The food is mediocer and would compare to average cafeteria food. The specialty restaurants are ok but nothing to write about. The drinks provided are made with bottom shelf liquors and artificial taste of other ingredients. Fresh strawberry puree was not used in my strawberry daiquiri. The beach suffers from an onslaught of see weed, that employees try to remove with only moderate success. Unfortunately, it smells intensely when it decomposes on the beach. The pools are moderately clean. At check out the staff demanded that I pay taxes that I did not realized that I had to pay or it’s hidden somewhere while I was booking. The most unfortunate experience was montezuma’s revenge that we got during the second week. That unfortunately confined us tour room more or less for 4 days to our room as we felt drained. Otherwise be careful what you book online, though viator we book chichen itza but we were taken to Ek Balam without our knowledge as Chichen Itza was closed due to strike."

"Los edificios no tienen elevador ! Algo A tener en cuenta para alguien q no pueda subir y bajar escaleras lo deje en notas para q su habitación sea un primer piso . Las camas son pequeñas ( matrimoniales ) y el aire acondicionado si no pides que lo bajen lo mantienen a una temperatura controlada no agradable para dormir . Se siente caliente la habitación ! Sin contar q tenía el ventilador de techo roto y la línea de teléfono rota para llamar y decirles, lo que tuve que ir hasta el front desk , aunq fue algo q en el mismo día me solucionaron , la verdad en poco tiempo hicieron lo posible porque nos sintiéramos cómodos ! Las instalaciones son un poco antiguas pero están aceptables y las mantienen limpias . La comida es buena . Buena animación en la piscina principal . Lo peor de todo la playa , en esa zona no tienen buenas playas. El bufet está muy variado . En general es un hotel aceptable !"

"This resort was AMAZING!!! The staff was so attentive and friendly. They had so many fun activities to participate in. The bar service was top notch!! Definitely a place that you could relax and unwind but also a place to party and have a great time! I will be back soon!"

"The property was beautiful with lots of greenery that you feel like you're in the jungle! Excellent food and different choices. The pool size was great, lots of room and beautiful pool. We enjoyed the shallow pools which was great for my kids. Be prepared to walk a lot. One thing we didn't like was the fact that we were on the 3rd floor and there aren't any elevators. Hopefully they improve that, when you're taking 4-5 luggages up the stairs along with the a stroller! The Japanese restaurant was our absolute favorite! The photographers were very friendly and were always offering to take pictures around the pool, in the pool, and on the beach with different props which was nice to see at the end of our trip. Also, the night shows were good and lively. Be aware, the club isn't really a club, it's more of a late night bar lol but we still brought the party! I would personally go back and hope to in the future!"

"Our group had 3 rooms. When we arrived, one room was on the far side of the complex. When we realized, we requested if there was a room closer to the other 2. We were told it was possible, but it would take a little time. We headed to dinner, and the keys were delivered to us in the dining room! EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!! I reached out to concierge prior to arrival to book transportation to and from hotel. Our flight was delayed and transportation was ready when we arrived! "
