Pools were clean. Bali beds usually available if you get out early enough. Food choices in the buffet were plentiful, and the workers always trying to be helpful.

Francesca muy able y pendiente todo el tiempo de nosotros. Ella fue lo mejor del hotel. Los cuartos y el hotel les falta mantenimiento, los baños los pueden remodelar un poco se ve sucio y con el ground de años. La limpieza no es buena los cuartos huelen a húmeda y lo tapan con clorox. El personal es muy querido y atento.

The resort was very welcoming and clean. Every hotel worker was friendly and definitely eager to help and greet everyone that they walked passed. The food and events that the hotel had very amazing. Had a wonderful time relaxing and celebrating our anniversary. Staff was wonderful, fun and friendly. Staff was constantly cleaning however parts of the facilities are showing some ware. I’m on my honeymoon with my husband and this was our first time here. It was so peaceful, professional staff and so clean! Everyone was so kind and helpful. The pros are that it is really a place to relax. A couple of cons are the beach hagglers don’t take “no” right away as your final answer. just keep saying no until they leave. But there is security on beach and though they are nice they will keep trying to make a sell. The water was perfect to swim in, the food is 4/5. The steak house is there best restaurant on site

The staff was very friendly. Stephanie from kids club was very friendly and treated my kids as if they were her own family. She was very friendly and motivating towards them. Every time my kids saw her walking around they would run to her to greet her. She is perfect for this job. Misael gave me exceptional service while attending me for towel exchanges. Ronny, Victor, Raudy and Salome definitely had the best touch on drinks. I enjoyed every single drink they made me and so did my family. Whenever I wanted a drink they were my to go guys. Not to mention they would always help me carry my drinks over to my family when I had multiple orders without hesitation. Ramon, Benjamin and the crew that assisted them (unfortunately I can’t remember their names) on the buffet restaurants were absolutely great with us and very accommodating to our request. They would go out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. They never showed frustration or annoyance towards any of our request. They were always happy to assist us. Diony from entertainment def gave us a great show and let my family with a smile on their faces. Every time he walked pass us he would greet us with a smile and updated us for the day. This crew of people that I mentioned definitely earned their spot in our hearts and because of them I cannot wait to return at the end of this year. Beautiful property. Could use a little updating. But the service was phenomenal . Food was good but have had better at other resorts. Beach was great as well as the pools. Overall great stay !!

Absolutely beautiful property! They do need to do something about floors in rooms and around pools ~ SO extremely slippery and I did fall in the room our last full day. Grateful it did not affect our entire stay but I am extremely sore

I took a trip for my kid’s birthday and stayed at Majestic Elegance. Its all inclusive which is a must. They have a variety of restaurants but Japanese was my favorite. The room view on the 1st level is gorgeous; you overlook the beautiful pools and palm trees. At night the blue lights inside of the pools gives it a sexy vibe. The beach is absolutely fabulous! White sand and blue water. The buffet has outdoor seating with a beach view. Room service is inclusive between certain times. My only complaint at first was being that the resort is so huge you get lost! So I advise to take pictures of the statues located closest to the elevator/staircase leading to your room/restaurants/bars. I would definitely stay again.

Once arriving at Majestic Elegance we meant Our Butler Henry Diaz (I salute ) he made our stay be remembered for the rest of our lives my wife had rose Petals and Champagne and balloons for Mothers Day.(perfect surprise) my Birthday on 13th Champagne and more balloons. With in room jacuzzi and the balcony Great time. We were there from May 9 to May 15. We didn’t hear any R&B music in the property. They did have a special night of Michael Jackson music but we got there too late for that one and we leaving the day that they were having it again. That’s the only R&B music that was played. Disappointing.

Majestic Elegance was amazing. We went 3 years ago and some of the restaurants were close and the club but this year everything was open and operational. I love all the restaurants especially the Japanese and the buffet for lunch. The buffet has a lot of variety of food for breakfast and lunch. We loved the beach, always kept clean. The pool and swim-up bar was amazing. Huge thanks to the bartenders at the swim up bar - Layner and Juan Daniel always so nice and attentive. Also, the servers: Pedro that has been there for more than 15 years and Rigoberto were servicial and always attentive to your needs. I would definitely recommended and would go back again. We were 3 couples in our early 30s and we had fun.
