"We, my wife & I, stayed at the hotel last month for 10 days. We had made the booking for a deluxe room. The first night when we checked in the AC in our room leaked when we asleep! There was water on the floor. It disturbed our sleep. We were upset and infuriated. The next morning when we complained about it to the front desk staff and the manager. I stayed in the most expensive room assuming that the linen, towels and cleanliness will be better than their other regular rooms but unfortunately it didn't meet the expectations. Bathtub for which I booked the room was in pathetic condition too."
