Comfortable, pleasant stay surrounded by farmland. Cottage was right next to horse corral, and carrots are provided to feed the friendly horses. Guests are also given a visit by the farm dog and puppy. The cottage is well supplied and tastefully decorated. The tv has a good selection of movie apps. Hosts are friendly but unobtrusive. A real nice touch was the huge cinnamon roll under a glass dome. If you want an isolated place away from traffic and you love animals, this is a nice place to stay.

If I could give more than a 5 star rating I would! This property is amazingly beautiful, warm and cozy with everything you could possibly need and more! The hosts go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and waking up to horses at your back door is a sight worth seeing. Highly recommend :)

My stay was amazing, so peaceful and quiet, just what I was looking for. Very dog friendly. Kind people. I could go on and on. It is a wonderful place to getaway.

We stayed in the Corral Cottage, one of several cottages on the ranch. Maureen welcomed us with cinnamon buns and explained various things about the cottage and the ranch. Her dog Nora accompanied us as we walked around the ranch, just in case there might be a bear. We fed some of the horses carrots. We really enjoyed our stay. We had been travelling for 20 days, staying in various hotels and motels. Woodhouse Cottages and Ranch was the best stay by far.

Hidden Gem!
We LOVED our stay at the Woodhouse Cottages! The owners and the place were amazing and beyond our expectations. Fresh cinnamon buns on the table when we arrived, carrots in the fridge to feed the horses from our deck, everything was there to have a perfect stay. The cottage was super clean and comfy. We are looking forward to going back and we will for sure recommend it to all our friends and family.

Our stay was calm relaxing and beautiful. We were going to stay at a hotel for our anniversary but saw this listing it was the best decision to stay here. So nice to have a resort setting close to home.

Stayed in the Coral house, very clean and well equipt, next to the horse paddock for 4 nights. Thoroughly enjoyed the visit and watching the hay harvesting.

Memories begin here
This is the second time my family stayed at Woodhouse Cottages and Ranch, and it is every bit as we expected. The motto is "Memories Begin Here" and it's so very true! Our three kids were most excited to get to know the four horses. The hospitality of the hosts Maureen and Kevin are second-to-none. We look forward to staying again and again!

Fantastic farm stay
Very friendly and welcoming host. A home away from home. You can choose from 3 cottages, all of which are great. We are regulars and always stay with them when on our travels through the north. Walking trails, a pool in the summer, sleds available in the winter. Truly pet friendly. Highly recommended.

Best accommodation experience ever!
Our stay at Woodhouse Cottages and Ranch was easily the best and most memorable one we have ever had! The owner was personally available for our every need, and no detail of our entire experience lacked considerable thought and attention. We only wished we could have stayed longer!
