"Perfectly situated close to the Vatican and St Paul's, this hotel was a great find. The staff were friendly and welcoming and couldn't have been more helpful. "Stefano was the desk clerkwhen we checked out in the morning of the 29th. He was very rude to the 2 guests ahead of us. Came our turn, he was also rude. He needs to chill 50 %.
