I have booked three twins bed room, ended with two single beds and a sofa bed，room and bathroom are very small, I have booked the hotel cost Euro$586. but I have paid Euro$652, luckily I got Euro$19 back after arguing with the horrible male staff for an hour, then I was so upset, I couldn’t concentrate to pack my luggage, I left my scarf in the hotel, which was the gift from my sons, it’s three times than Euro$19😭 I can’t get it back. They offered me bus tickets, but not tell me how much, then they charged me Euro for four cheap tickets in the end

Dear Madam, I am sorry to hear about your rather negative experience, however it is from the feedbacks that we learn from and use to improve our service. Unfortunatelly we see your review as unfair, so if I may add in our defense: First, you have booked a room for a three night stay for 3 people with 3 twin beds. However, upon arrival there were 4 guests (3 adults + 15year old) which is why you were charged 10 EUR extra for the 4th person per night. Also, if there were only 3 twin beds (3x 100x200cm) and not a extra bed (140x190cm) prepared in your room, 2 of you would have to share one twin bed (100x200cm). Secondly, after check-out you have brought to our attention that the extra-person charge was, according to the expedia policy, supposed to be only 3,6EUR per night for children and 8,8EUR per night for adults (15+ years) and insisted that the 4th person (being your 15 year old son) should only be charged according to the extra-child rate, to which we, eventually, agreed and gave you a refund of 19EUR even though the price on expedia is for booking the 4th person in advance and your son is already 15 years old.. Thirdly, you were charged 3,75EUR (96CZK) for 4 public transportation tickets, which, as printed on the ticket, cost 24CZK each. This is the official price given by public transportation service and we do not earn anything from reselling the tickets. Lastly, we have found your scarf and would be happy to send it to you once you provide us with a pre-paid UPS shipping label and collection time. With kind regards

Great friendly staff! Offered and booked taxis for business trips. Gave great advice. Only thing is the taxi to airport needs to be paid at by cash. This needs to be said upfront, in case one doesn’t have cash.

A wonderful little hotel
A wonderful hotel in a fantastic location. Prague is a wonderful city and the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, allowing us to get the most out of our stay there. The room we had was superb. It was clean, comfortable and very nicely furnished and we had a quiet and comfortable night sleep. Our breakfast was also excellent. Very highly recommended.

This property was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. They have air conditioning which was a nice bonus considering we came during a heat wave. Staff were friendly and helpful with things to do in the city as well as explaining bus routes. They sell bus tickets on the property.

The desk staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is pretty and so very clean! Upon arrival a lovely platter of homemade Christmas cookies awaited us. They were delightful!

The people who work at the hotel are so friendly and helpful in a really genuine way. It is a short amble into town from the location and the place is cosy (even when it snows), clean and breakfast was lovely. This was my second visit and it didn’t disappoint. Can’t recommend it enough.

Lovely hotel close to both the Metro & Trams.
Lovely hotel close to both the Metro & Trams, so very easy to get around the city. Hotel staff very knowledgeable and gave us super recommendations for both meals and sights to see etc. We were welcomed with a nice cup of tea after a long day travelling.

An easy five star decision considering the professionalism of the staff, delicious breakfast, quiet neighborhood and value. From check-in to the assistance with my departure transportation needs, this well appointed hotel with all the amenities made for a comfortable stay in Prague. Great hotel.
10 minutes walk to city centre. Trams, metro and buses close by. Lovely hotel, spotlessly clean, spacious room with sitting area and bathroom. Very nice staff, very polite and helpful. Follow their advise as to sightseeing! Great choice of continental breakfast. Quiet room at night time. Best city break so far!

Hotel 16 is excellent.very clean.furnitures are new.I have visited many hotels in Prague,but Hotel 16 is the best.Located in a quiet area near to the center.But I want to add something different here ,which is the staff of the reception.They are very experts,always smile and ready to help.Adam in the reception ,is a young guy but has a fantastic experence in helping guestes and make every things easy for them, also here I dont want to forget Bavla and Tonda they are always ready to help.Reception staff is the one of the succed secrets of this hotel. Actually I can say easily that Hotel 16 will not disappoint any one.

Staff of Family Run Hotel treated us like family
The best hotel experience of our two week trip. Exceptional reception, service and advice from the moment we arrived till we left. The staff represented the family owned hotel and made us feel like guests. Our room (12) opened to a relaxing two level patio/ garden. Parking overnight was so convenient just across the street. Hotel just two blocks off main bus route (#22). Breakfast , especially the coffee, is worth the stay in itself. Definitely coming back to Prague and look to many stays at Hotel 16

This is a beautiful boutique hotel that is very centrally located. Easy walk to old town attractions and very convenient trams to every where else. At check in we were greeted by a wonderful man who was ever so polite and made us feel welcome after a long day of travel. The boys were surprised with a Lindt chocolate!! The family room was very spacious and well appointed. Excellent air conditioning and Elevator is a plus in Europe. Very clean amenities. Quiet room with separate adjoining room for the kids. This had a coffee and tea area as well. Breakfast was fresh with a great variety. Lots of fruits and breads. Excellent apple strudel and jams. Eggs and cappuccino were made to order. Several cold cuts and salad options. They served each person with such kindness and love that is made it ever more enjoyable. Every morning we were greeted by Zora and Pavla. They are amazing!! They answered all the questions we had about are days plans, provided us with maps and tram tickets. Restaurant recommendations and helpful trips about the castle that they provided saved us a lot of time. We went to ask them for the nearest laundry and she kindly offered to take care of our laundry needs. We were just amazed. The bathroom amenities were five star quality and the housekeeping was fantastic. I have seldom experienced such level of hospitality in my years of travels all over Europe and America. I feel that each of the people who work at hotel 16 make extra effort to make all guests

Hotel 16 is in a great location. Its a short walk from most areas of interest, and there are plenty of things to do around it. The staff were amazing. Everyone was so polite and welcoming. They were also very helpful in planning a few day trips around the city. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Prague!

We absolutely LOVED staying at this hotel! We stayed 4 nights total - 3 at the beginning of our trip to Europe and 1 the final night. The staff are all very helpful, friendly, and enthusiastic. The rooms were clean, large, comfortable and cozy. The breakfast every morning was outstanding and offered more choices than any one could ask for. Well done team!

Consistently good hotel
Second time staying here, as service is so personable and the location is very central. Did not disappoint! Breakfast plentiful, free wifi. Parking if needed. Will stay again on next Prague trip.

Fabulous little hotel.
The perfect small and quiet hotel. Great room that was spotless and the service from the friendly staff was outstanding. The hotel is located in a quiet part of Prague outside of the hustle and bustle but still close enough to walk to everything. Just what you need after spending the day fighting through the streets full of tourists and the noise that goes with it.

Excellent!!
Great hotel in a quiet enough location to be away from stag do's etc but still within walking distance to the centre. Staff are super friendly and extremely helpful. Good breakfast selection too. my room was on the top floor and was very warm but the air con was effective. Would definitely stay here if I was to return to Prague.

Cute Boutique Hotel
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a small boutique hotel that was a bit difficult to find as it is not on a "main" street and the taxi couldn't drop off or pick up in front of hotel, but rather I had to walk with my bags down the street. It is just a 10 minute walk from main streets and tram stops. Room was clean, comfortable and the staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was a lovely buffet with many choices.

A charming Hotel
I spent 6 nights here....Room was clean with everything you would need during your stay. Public areas are spotlessly clean and beautifully presented with flowers and complimentary fruit etc. Breakfast was vast, with many choices including many variations of eggs. The whole team is dedicated to giving you the most comfortable stay possible. I am in the same industry, and it is rare to find service as excellent as this. Well done to the whole team, and i will be very happy to return as soon as possible.

Absolutely fabulous!
We recently spent 5 days in Prague and stayed at Hotel 16. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel is just a few minutes walk to a tram stop or an easy 10-15 minute walk to Old Town Prague. The staff were exceptionally helpful and helped us with anything we needed. The hotel is immaculately clean!! Do not hesitate to stay at this fabulous hotel. We will certainly return to Hotel 16 should we ever find ourselves in Prague again.
