"Excellent hotel. Amazingly helpful staff members, so friendly. Turn down service daily refilling free mini fridge with soft drinks, milk and waters. Drink on arrival and bottle of wine prior to check out as a thank you. Amenities were everything you could need and all clean and in working order. The location itself is perfect, completely walkable to main attractions (shopping centre, jewish quarter, lots of bars and restaurants) and situated on the main square of the old town, offering incredible views and things to do on your doorstep. Incredible value for money. Would recommend this hotel 100 times over. "

"Excellant location, close to the main square. Rooms cleaned every day, friendly staff and a good choice of breakfast. There was only one thing I would say was wrong, there was no milk in the room to make a cup of tea. I would stop there again. Lovely stay."

"Room was big enough for what needed it for. It was really central and couldn’t be closer to the square if we tried. Really nice place architecture wise. I’d definitely go back. Only thing that drops a star is the shower curtain as awful, it was broken so it wouldn’t stay in holder and as soon as you increased the pressure it just went everywhere. So you had to hold it with one hand while showering. The staff were really nice and really helpful too. As I say, I’d definitely go back. "

"We chose this hotel, in part, because of the facilities (swimming pool specifically) and were not disappointed. We paid for a river view and were very glad we had. Waking up each day to the sight of the river and the old town beyond with Wawel Castle, St Mary's Bascilica and other visible landmarks was glorious from 7th floor. The glass lift gives and outstanding view too. We paid for the breakfast and it was very good value. Buffet, self service style and everything from fresh fruit and yoghurts, breads (including gluten free option), cakes, croissants and danish pastries, hot cooked goods (bacon, eggs, sausages, mushrooms, courgettes etc) cheeses, meats, fish and extensive salad, dressings, accompaniments and a very popular waffle station with the largest pump handle Nutella bottle I have ever seen!! Several coffee machines and an excellent selection of leaf and herbal teabags. They even had actimel bottles. There is a mini "spa" on 6th floor with rainfall showers, relaxing seating, steam room and sauna. On the ground floor is a small business centre and a hairdressers. Krakow Zablocie train station is a couple of minutes walk away (direct trains operate from here to Oświęcim (Auschwitz) at an approximate cost of £10 per person return taking around 1.5hr . Lots of restaurants around the hotel including Ethiopian, Indian, Chinese and others. Schindlers Factory is 10 minutes as is the ghetto wall remnants. Plaszow Memorial Park is 20-30 minutes walk. mini supermarket oppos"
