Modern rooms with great wifi and hot water.. Great staff that are friendly and go out of their way to heip you. Very relaxing pool on the roof with a great view. My second time staying here and would definately reccomend to anyone coming to Playa DC.

Cobro extra por el segundo huésped y era para 2.
Mi reservación estaba registrada para 2 personas en la app y al llegar al hotel me dijeron que sólo era para una persona y tuve que pagar la diferencia por persona extra, me dijeron que no podían hacer nada y que así les habían mandado la reservación.

FRAUD! Over a Month after I left (one night for 30€) they try to charge my Credit Card over and over again. By now over 1000€. Checking online reviews, this was not the first time... Do yourself a favour and look for a different place.

Bien entre pecio y beneficio pero podría mejorar
Pues entre lo que pague y lo que obtuve puedo decir que bien pero la verdad tienen los colchones en malas condiciones necesitan cambiarlos urgentemente algunas cerraduras en mal estado y detalles por falta de atención como bombillas quemadas y quizá la atención en la recepción podría ser al menos de uno de los de staff , podría ser más amable pero bueno por lo que pague tampoco esperaba mucho más , al menos los otros huéspedes no hicieron ruido después de las 10 Pm y se pudo descansar a pesar del mal estado del colchón algo que me parece debería ser letal en el negocio del hospedaje tener un colchón decente
