"While staff is nice and helpful and I was credited for with amenities. The first night they didn’t have a room for me. Secondly the wifi connection was very very slow and not consistent. The old manager Manny ran a great hotel but he is no longer there so this must be the problem. They need find a qualified manager to run the hotel. "

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! It was beautiful, clean, and pleasant. I love the design and decor of the hotel. Lots of plants by the pool. Felt like paradise. It was so close to the royal palace, water front, and restaurant. Everything was walkable. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. I’d stay here again if I’m ever back in Cambodia."

"We booked this hotel for its position in the city and its amenities. It is located in a very favourable part of the city - easy access to many of the interesting sites. Very busy corner location but actually quiet inside the hotel. Very friendly welcome on arrival - staff are lovely. Room (on the 4th floor) was large and airy and had a huge bed. Everything worked to begin with - good cable TV (including many channels in English), quick wi-fi, hot powerful shower. TV went off second day but was...
