Extremely dirty - the sheets had cat hair on them from the previous people in the room. The staff told us they didn’t have new sheets. So we asked them to move our room (which they did, thank god).

I canceled my room 10 min after my wife booked it, realizing I did not need a room. I never checked in. I called hotel requesting refund. They said all they can do is cancel room. Contact Expedia for refund. I was never refunded, and never was able to contact anyone at Expedia! I will never use your service again ever!

Horrible experience, never felt so unsafe in my life. Extremely dirty, blood or something through out the bathroom. Hole punched in the bathroom door. Room smelled of smoke, beds were disgusting Pictures posted DO NOT match what they really are, stay away at all costs!

The lights were flickering and the furniture was old. The bathtub had a huge crack in it so my babies couldn’t take a bath. But besides that it was a really nice stay.

No Restaurant to get something to eat for a tired traveler...Staff said I should walk to the WAWA store I opted out took your shuttle to go to the terminal and no food their either unless you go thru security. I then walked to the Airport Marriot for food..Then back to Motel 6 with the shuttle...PPPFFFFTTT....get some food at your motel. Louis

The room had a very very bad smell of cigarettes and the bathroom had mold all over the shower area. All the furniture look like they took it out of a dumpster and just put them in the rooms. Bed had no blankets and there a horrible smell weed. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I also arrive on time and was told I had to wait to check in because they were in a shift change… the place was horrible for $70 a night

Firstly, the room was non-smoking and the one they gave us stank of smoke and urine. The toilet was blocked and I had to unlock it. The toilet seat was loose and I had to tighten it. They never provided soap for bathing and new towels, they never changed the bed sheets, the people who were on the second floor wouldn't let us sleep, they mistreated their dog, we had nowhere to put our clothes. I told them if they could change the bed, take care the toilet and give us toilet paper, but they never did.

A bad experience!
The overall experience is not good. I booked a non smoking room and I didn't get one. The room that I had didn't have the amenities as per my booking. The property is quite old and I wouldn't recommend this one.

Disgusting disappointment!!!
Our stay started out badly when we were informed that contrary to our booking there was not a microwave and refrigerator in the room. When we used the microwave in the lobby we discovered roaches crawling all over it. At that point we told the desk attendant that we were leaving and would like a refund. When we were gathering our belongings in the room, we noticed roaches crawling on the headboard. The man at the desk was completely unhelpful. By the smirk on his face we could tell that he found it amusing.

I reserved a handicap accessible room on the Motel 6 site. On check in I was told that they had no handicap accessible rooms! The room that I accepted had a queen bed that was comfortable. One of the three lights in the bedroom did not work. The light above the bathroom sink did not work. The tv worked well but there was no remote control. The shower was acceptable but there were no grab bars and the shower rod was bowed outward, making it dangerous to use to steady myself. There was a gaping hole stuffed by what appeared to be a brown paper sack where the front wall joined the side wall opposite to the side farthest from the door. I was concerned that vermin might enter the room through that hole. I would report the conditions to the local health authorities if I were not 81. I have stayed at many motels include Motel 6 and never in my life have I encountered such an abysmal room. I stayed because there was no alternative available to me.

This hotel you definitely get what you pay for. Bring your own toiletries!! Lucky for us i always pack just in case. We were in a crunch and the hotel was available so we booked it. Honestly, its very sketchy at best.

One night and done!
The Motel 6 can be hit or miss - I've had a string of hits, so decided to go simple for my overnight before an early morning flight. Clean lobby and very kind woman checked me in. Two keys later, she put me in another room because the key fob didn't appear to be working. I headed to the second room to find stained sheets and a TV not working. I drove back to the lobby to try a third room. I opened the door to find the room filled with someone else's belongings. Finally, the fourth room seemed promising. Minimal stains on the sheets, no bed bugs, fully functioning TV. For a 6AM flight, you don't really need much. For me, it's just disappointing that the owners/property managers allow this motel to exist in this state. Outlets were pulling out of the wall; there were missing light bulbs; the toilet seat wasn't cleaned; chipping paint from most surfaces; stained bathtubs and moldy caulk; HVAC unit was falling away from the mounts; the beds had a blanket and two sheets - real minimal for November. Alas, no one bothered me and I didn't wake up with any mystery bug bites. Neighbors quieted down around midnight, and I was glad to head to the airport very early. If you have zero standards, this is the motel for you.

Place seems sketchy from the outside (of course, this is Philly so it is what it is) but it’s quite nice in the rooms. Doors locked and I felt totally safe. Staff was incredibly helpful and the place got the job done

Top of the list for the worst hotel ever!
I checked in around 5:00 pm and checked out at 6:15, I tried to stick it out after learning that the WIFI (even the one at the front desk computer didn't work); there were no hangers in the room; the tub frightened me; the first roach was crawling on the floor. The straw that broke the camel's back was the two roaches that I saw crawling on the bed!

Let’s just say it’s motel 6 and they left the light on, you get what you pay for. On the bright side the lady at front desk was great her name is Dawn and she’s a sweetheart.
