“Fantastic”

Staff are very polite and will do their best to make you comfortable. Access to nearest shops was good as they provide a special bus cart to take you to the bank, local shop mart or food store. Security is good and friendly. Would recommend to anyone. You must try the ice bar.

“Would highly recommend.”

The Amari Nova Suites are very clean, well maintained & equipped, staff were very friendly & obliging a courtesy buggy would take you to the top of the road. The hotel was a little difficult for the taxi driver to find precise instructions for the location are a necessity& should be implemented. The hotel is situated around Soi 4 at the rear of Big C supermarket complex & is quite a walk into town but for those who are fit should not pose a problem. All in all we would highly recommend unless you require a good view. The rooms are exactly as they appear on their website:-)

“Wonderful hotel”

My partner and I have nothing but praise for this hotel. It is smart, clean, airy, quiet and has all of the amenities you need - including a rooftop pool which became our regular spot to relax at in the afternoons. Having looked at other reviews we did not have any problems with noise or tv reception or poor customer service - in fact the friendly professional support we got from the staff was the highlight of the trip. The only negative I would offer is the location as it can be disorienting at first to get your bearings as the hotel is situated on a side alley in the residential Soi Sukrudee part. But once you find your way onto the Central Pattaya Road it no longer becomes a problem.

“Good apartments but seems to be in decline”

Good 4 star hotel but lacking a staff presence in the front hall and around the pool.Cracked tiles in the pool show a lack of attention to detail and a lack of staff shows a lack of ambition to be a 5 star hotel.
