Hotel was cute, it was clean, great hospitality, excellent breakfast buffet. The only issue I had was the AC, it was control by the reception staff and I didnt have ac 2 days. First day was working and after that it wasnt.

The hotel is located in a great location however, the reception staff, particularly a blonde hair lady was very rude and not welcoming during our entire stay. Would definitely not stay here again. I suggest she completes a course in customer service or change jobs.

The check in for this hotel was great. It was a little too early for them to check us in, but the secured our bags so we can still go out and check the sites.

St Petersburg Hotel is an excellent choice for Par
St Petersburg hotel in Paris is our family preferred for many years. It has an excellent location for most of the walking places there, and it is very easy to move far to Eiffel or other. Breakfast is very generous, the hotel has been renovated and offer what we needed.

We arrived after a red eye and Gabriela was very helpful and even let us check in early. Location is very convenient. The room was clean and pretty and we had a lovely balcony. I would stay here again.

It's a great location with good transport links and walkable to many central sightseeing and shopping spots. Hotel is a good standard for a Paris 4* hotel and we had a lovely room. Foyer area is attractive - although beware lift is slow and small so could be challenging for anyone with accessibility issues. Overall this was a good choice for us for a 4 day long weekend visit.

Property location was first class and my Deluxe Room was a fantastic surprise for Paris! Staff were beyond helpful, just so accommodating. We had some specific dietary requirements and at breakfast and they couldn't have been more kind and helpful. One evening the front desk phoned ahead with a restaurant reservation and organised our dietary needs A very big thank you.to all the staff - will definitely be returning.

The staff was nice but the rooms were small and more of a 3 star property. Overpriced and not good value. The bed was hard with tiny pillows, we did not sleep well. We didn’t receive the vip perks so I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

This hotel was in excellent proximity to the Opera House, Lafayette Galleries shopping and many restaurants and cafes. Small, boutique, very Parisian and the staff upon check in was very gracious. Comfortable room, bathroom was updated and the hotel included a spa.

The staff was so incredibly kind. I was in a wheelchair and they helped with everything from get the our bags to hailing taxis to helping with the lift. They were absolutely fantastic! The hotel was clean and nice and in a good location. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Overall its great Location and Rooms are Clean and spacious enough for Europe standards Didnt like the fancy that room Cleaning was done way late in the afternoon which was annoying at the Point į told Lady off last day to Go away į said look its 4 pm already Would stay again because of Location and front Desk people were very helpful with taxi and luggage storage and just nice Location is perfect
