Simply put, it was an incredible experience and worth splurging for if you’re ever in Paris. Never have we felt so welcomed at a hotel at every level. In an establishment with so many guests, you somehow felt like you were the most important.

Amazing property. The Ritz is legendary and for good reason. The staff meets or exceeds one's expectation. I am spoiled and will not consider another property on my next visit to Paris. Head and shoulders, simply the best.

Service and property is excellent...dining is terrific and bars with interesting cocktails. Everyone was fantastic and went above and beyond. The location of Ritz Paris is perfect if you want to explore different areas of Paris each day.I would certainly return.

The best hotel in the world, not one of the best
This is the best hotel in the world, not one of the best. It is elegant in a classic style with excellent service, located in a beautiful place. Starting from checking in, leading us to our suite room , we felt a heartily warm service offered. All staff from the reservation to the room service, from concierge staff to the bell captain, every one work so hard to offer you the best service. This hotel is the best not only in it beautiful hardware and great location, but much more in their service offered. I feel that my decision to stay in Ritz paris is one of my best decision life time, definitely I shall come back. We had been traveling all over the world and stayed in many famous 5 to seven star hotels, but Once again I emphasize that Ritz Paris is the best hotel in the world not one of the best.

This is by far the best property we have ever stayed at. The rooms are stunning, beautiful, amazingly appointed and not a single detail was missed. The daily gifts were fantastic. The Bentley car service to dinner every night was really fantastic. The swimming pool is absolutely beautiful, and they have underwater speakers. So the pool area is quiet and relaxing. But if you go underwater, you can hear the music. It was raining when my parents were checking out, so they gave them these beautiful umbrellas to keep. In the rooms there are always fresh flowers and fresh fruit. The first night they had a bottle of Ritz’s signature Rothschild Champaign. I own a travel agency and I will absolutely be referring clients to this property.

Not What. I Expected
For supposedly one of the best hotels in the world, they sure say “No” about many things. Example, we go into Hemmingway’s for a drink, sit down and then told we can’t sit there? Why I ask? No answer provided... next example, ask if we can grab one of the desserts in the window, they say No, they can’t do that. Call room service. OK.....one morning when our tour guide arrived, we asked the bellmen to please call us a cab. We waited 20 minutes. Every time we asked status, they either looked away or shrugged their shoulders. I had to call an Uber. 30 minutes later! Last day broke the mold. Went downstairs with 3 huge pieces of luggage. Man in the lobby just looked at us, and held the door open for us. Wow! We struggle outside, 4 bellman just standing there. Never moved an inch or raised a finger to help. When they saw my transportation pull up, they all rushed to help because they knew a tip would be upcoming. I told them to back off, they hadn’t helped until it became time for a tip, and I was not happy. These examples aren’t worthy of a 5 star hotel. If I wanted this type of service, I could have stayed in a Holiday Inn or a hostel.

Exceptional attention to detail and service Lady at wine bar went out of her way to help us find a seat and obtain a cocktail for me even though it was not normally what they served L’Espadon was terrific for breakfast and dinner for us. It was easily worth the splurge!

Impeccable service and attention to detail. I spend 5 days at the Ritz and would definitely come again. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Needless to say that they are speckless. The breakfast has a wide range of offerings for everybodie's palate and the setting in the morning is absolutely delightful. The concierge is very helpful, be in restaurant reservation, limousine arrangements, tickets for sold-out events, etc. The Hemingway Bar is a must. The bartenders know their stuff and I'd follow any recommendation for a drink again :) Note that they don't take reservations, so any day can be pretty packed after 9pm

This was my third trip to Paris and was by far the best, due in large part to staying at the Ritz. The location cant be beat, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the hotel is very well designed and decorated, and the food at all the restaurants is outstanding. I have stayed at many hotels around the world, and the Ritz Paris is definitely in my top 2-3. While you cant go wrong with any room you pick, the suites are simply amazing.

Great service, great property. Rooms were great too. Our last time welcoming was a bit more warmer. This time we felt it was ok. Both times we arrived very early ....last time we got the room, and their were croissants, Orange juice and coffee....it was very sweet. This time we didnt get the room and the croissant tray was missing. But its ok. Overall highly recommended.
