Nice hotel, walking distance to train stationPosted 08-Nov-2013
Pros: We were not at the mercy of the shuttle schedule, that we could walk to the train station for the next train, which ran often, to Disneyland
Cons: The toilet facility has no ventilation, leaving an odor from the start
Location: Very convenient, near shopping center, restaurants, and train station
Having stayed three times at its sister facility, Park & Suite Prestige Val d'Europe, Montevrain, we were disappointed this one had no shuttle service to Disneyland. The apartment was smaller for the higher price we had to pay compared to the one we had enjoyed earlier this year. Overall, it is worthy of its four-star rating.

Excellent location for DisneyPosted 05-Nov-2013
Pros: Location and sleeping arrangements
Cons: Location directions - hard to find road to the hotel
Location: Great for disney
Plenty of room and comfortable beds. Flexible sleeping arrangement with double bedroom separated from main living area by sliding doors. Sofa beds really sturdy and comfortable. Kitchen area basic with 2 rings, fridge/freezer and microwave - but ok for snacks etc

Nice location, nice rooms better than expected!Posted 27-Oct-2013
Great Location right next to the train station, so it was very easy to commute between the City centre and Disneyland. The rooms were very clean and the decor was very up to date. I would recommend Residhome Val d'Europe to anyone and I myself will be back :)

Stay at another placePosted 06-Sep-2013
Pros: The hotel was close to the outlet mall.
Cons: Customer service needs improvement. I work with people daily as a public servant. I greet my clients from 7:00A.M. - 5:00P.M. In a friendly manner.
Location: Shopping at the outlet
The hotel staff wasn't friendly. I passed the reception desk at least three or four times daily. The staff never greeted us with a good morning, good afternoon or evening. It wasn't a language barrier my husband is fluent in French. The room wasn't cleaned until we've been there for three days. The double bed was extremely uncomfortable. The chairs had stains on the seats.

Great location for EurodisneyPosted 04-Sep-2013 on Hotels.com
These apartments are really good for a eurodisney visit. Only 1 stop train ride away. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Fridge and freezer in rooms, which were good to keep packed lunch in and kids milk. Our bath got blocked in the evening and took the staff to unblock it until the next day as the facilities guy had left for the day. Wasn't a real issue, just used the shower instead. Local area is o.k, theres restaurants and bars within a 5 min. walk. Station is a stones throw from the apartment. Takes 5 mins to eurodisney. When coming back from eurodisney, get off the train and turn right straight off the train, This takes you to the exit nearer the apartment. We will stay here again next time we visit eurodisney, much cheaper and better quality than onsite hotels at disney. We parked our car on the street and had no issues for FREE!

Great family place to stay for Disneyland ParisPosted 03-Sep-2013
Pros: Location and value
The Residhome Val d'Europe is very conveniently located near to the RER station (we counted 87 steps), one stop away from Disneyland Paris. It is also only a short walk (about 15 mins) from the Val d'Europe shopping complex where there is a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants (including McDonalds). We found the staff at the front desk to be pleasant and helpful, the room clean and tidy and the facilities adequate for a family of 5 for staying overnight whilst visiting Disneyland. The kitchenette was small but adequate with provided pots, crockery and cutlery and a small dishwasher. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. There was plenty of towels and bedding for 5, and soap and shampoo provided. They do not clean the rooms and make the beds every day, but that is clearly stated in the literature in the rooms. They do empty the bins daily though. There was adequate cupboard space and a safe in the room. The room was air conditioned enough to be comfortable with outside temperatures of about 30 degrees C. Wifi was not very good, but an ethernet network point was available to connect to and get Internet access. Underground car parking was available for a daily charge. The TVs in the living room and bedroom had a number of French channels and BBC World News.
