Dear Sir,I read carrefully your review. I'm sad if you did not appreciate your stay with us, in the very heart of Paris, in a quiet area.. I can understand that you prefer modern hotels, with design furnitures. Here, it's a building of the 18th century, so we try to repsect the identity and history of the place in the decoration. For the air conditionning : We have a very good air conditonning in the entire hotel, but when you came, we experienced and electric incident. Not happened in 6 years ! We fixed the problem in 3 days. I think that anyone of good faith can understand that a technical incident can happen.

Dear clients, Thank you for your good review. I'm satisfied if you enjoyed your stay in our 17th century building. I take very good note of your remark about the shower head. We are honnest and can recognize that we need to install a new and more steady stick for the shower head. We apology for this inconvenience. Our breakfast is rich (freshly squeezed orange juice, bread an pastries from the artisanal bakery of the district), but we understand for the price of 16€. We decided this week of a new price :13€ (and + 3€ if you want in the room) Receive our respectuous regards

Dear client, Thank you for your comment. If you have noticed that the joints of the bathtube were not clean enough, you are perfectly right, it is not acceptable for us. It means that our cleaning staff did not tell us (at the front desk) that we need to change the joints. I'll personally make a turn of all the rooms for this. About toilet paper : Unless a mistake, there is always, every day, 2 toilet paper for each room. We consider that is enough for 2 person for 1 day. If there was one missing, it's not normal. But did you ask my colleague at front desk ? I remember the tolet blocked. We fixed it immediately while you were out. Yet, i'm sorry, but if you blocked the toilets during your stay, it means that too much paper was putted in it.. Receive our respectuous regards

Dear Sir, I am the person in charge of the front desk in this hotel. I was not here during your stay, but i take very seriously your complaint and i will ask all my team about what happened. First of all, i'm sincerely sorry about your case. We did not experience this problem for months... I think you know that this problem can happens anywhere. In Paris, or in your own house, in a Palace or anywhere in the world... Even after completely treating the room and eliminating the problem, if a new traveller brings insects from the plane and put his suitcase on the bed, it can happens again. It's what all specialits say. Then, i'm really suprised when you say that nobody at the frontdesk proposed you to change the room. I need to enquest about this, because i'm sincerely suprised. Even if what you say about my team is true, why did you stay 10 nights with us ? You could move at any time with no extra charge... I'll come back to you as soons as i know more.
