Lovely hotel in excellent location. The staff was excellent and facilities are top notch. We loved our large room with a loft area for two twin beds, this made traveling as a family of four very easy.

Nice small hotel.
The hotel was lovely, clean and comfortable and the staff was incredibly helpful. The area felt very safe and was conveniently located. However, we did not find any good restaurants nearby and the area was too touristy for us. We much preferred our stay in Montmarte!

Great Boutique Hotel, Great location.
Wonderful boutique hotel in one of the best areas in Paris. Super attentive daytime staff made for a really great experience. The rooms were comfortable and quite beautifully decorated. Great breakfast at a very reasonable price.

We loved this sweet little hotel so much! We had the family suite for our party of three and our son was so cozy in the "bird's nest" of a loft in the room. We had so much space and adored the view from our windows. Because the building is 544 years old(!) there are some quirks like the super tiny elevator for one and the spiral stairs that just seem to keep going but these things were all part of the charm of the place. We loved all of the staff and really enjoyed breakfast there each morning. We will definitely be staying there on our next visit. It is walkable to so many important places to see and the photo opps were everywhere. Restaurants of all kinds are nearby and everyone was friendly and helpful. Book your stay here. You won't be dissappointed.

This property is located on a very convenient street a block away from norte dame cathedral and two blocks from the museum Louvre also the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, it was excellent choice for us as a family. 5 ⭐️

We loved out stay here. A very small hotel, on a quiet street but close to both the Seine and to a more lively part of town for nightlife and dining. It was very accessible to most of the places we wanted to be in Paris. We were there during a heat wave (94 degrees for a few days) and thank goodness the room had excellent air conditioning. We were especially grateful for the advance communications from the staff - questions we had about the room and where to eat/shop, we answered quickly prior to our visit. During our stay Henri in particularly was extremely helpful with directions and recommendations!

Amazing stay in a beautiful room
Service was exceptional. Breakfast was great. Only complaint was that the room was a little cold and the thermostat was not working but this is kind of our fault as the room temperature was controlled by reception (not clearly indicated by the thermostat)

Upon arrival, the Front desk gentleman was incredibly professional, courteous, and helpful. The hotel is so charming and the history of it was so interesting. We had an early departure and upon departing, again the gentleman working took great care of us in seeing us off. What a beautiful boutique hotel with a great staff. We would love to stay there again and will recommend it to our friends.

This is a very nice European hotel in a 15th Century building. Do not expect sprawling rooms or an elevator that can hold more than two people in very close quarters. It's in the Latin Quarter, which at the time was filled with Americans -- something to watch out for if you are trying to enjoy France as a foreign land. The singular element that makes this a four-star hotel is the service, exemplified by manager Jean-Marie, who offered peerless assistance to us at all times, including scoring last-minute dinner reservations and a we-are-late-for-the-airport cab during the busiest time of the time. I have stayed in many great hotels with indifferent service and always appreciate encountering a true professional.

This hotel is located on a quiet street just off Saint-Michels fountain and the Seine river. It is a perfect location for seeing Paris as Saint-Michel has a metro and RER station, and Notre Dame is a five minute walk. Like all of Paris the rooms are small but well decorated and we even had a bathtub, not all 4 star hotels do. Our suite was slightly above average in size for Paris, the bed was comfortable, and the room was very quiet and the air conditioning worked very well. We would strongly recommend this hotel and plan to return.

Such a nice hotel and is close to everything. The front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. Rooms are small and it might be the smallest elevator I’ve ever been in but we loved it!

From the moment we booked our stay at Relais Hotel Du Vieux Paris, we were provided with excellent service. The hotel contacted me within a few hours of my booking by email and I was able to make several arrangements for my trip including transfers to and from the airport. Upon landing in Paris, I was contacted by Idris (the driver) who arranged to meet us after we'd gathered our bags. On the way to the hotel, he provided some information about the sites and some recommendations on places to visit. We arrived at the hotel expecting only to drop our bags off and to check in later but Jean-Marie had expected our early arrival and had already prepared our room. Both Jean-Marie and Henri provided excellent service throughout our stay. Despite the occasional rain shower and the garbage strike, we had a very enjoyable stay (my wife's first visit to Paris) and are ready to go back again. Thank you Jean-Marie and Henri for making our stay so warm and comfortable! We hope to see you again! Also, a thank you to Basil for his service as well.

Fantastic! Very well located, but still very quiet as it’s in a small one way road with no traffic, and a courtyard view. The room was charming, lots of character - stunning - with beautiful wooden beams, but all well maintained. The bathroom was modern; which I appreciated. Everything is very clean. On top of that, an amazing team to take care of you, professional and very friendly. I don’t have the names of everyone (sorry!) but Henry was fantastic, the person doing night shifts as well (brilliantly anticipated a booking in a busy restaurant nearby, so we can try it as highly recommended), and the Italian gentleman as well. 5 star staff! Breakfast was good as well.
