Bonjour SK and thank you for leaving your honest thoughts on our hotel. I am very sorry we did not meet your expectations as we really try to give our guests the best possible stay. I will have a talk with the housekeeping about the toiletries not refreshed as it clearly is unacceptable. I would also like to apologize if you heard noise from the other guests at night... The elevator is not the biggest but it is quite a standard in Paris. It does indeed only fit one person with one big luggage (or 3 persons without luggage) but it works perfectly and we even bring the luggage to the rooms if asked. Thank you again for your comment SK. The toilet is indeed separated from the bathroom and has its own and small place which is quite common in Paris. We are sorry to read the bathtub was not really convenient for you. We usually give our guests the possibility to choose between a bathtub or a shower in the bathroom. We truly would like to apologize for the poor lightning in your room and the bedside table lamp missing which is definitely not something we can afford to do.
