Staff was very courteous and professional. Room was decent size. WiFi bandwidth was top notch! Reason for 4 stars was shower was too small. Room was on side of Main Street so was very noisy ar all times. Through Expedia Inthougjt Ibwas supposed to get a welcome gift (bottles water), but they refused to give one to me and my guest. Finally, I thought that I prepaid for this accommodation, yet the hotel still charged my card for the 2 nights at checkout. I will be checking my card statement when I return home then deal with Expedia.

La Maison du Pré est un petit hôtel plein de charme,proche de la gare du Nord. Les chambres sont propres et calmes. La TV est peut être un peu petite :) . Le personnel est très agréable et les prix compétitifs, même concernant les boissons au bar ou le petit déjeuner. Je le conseille vivement.

Great location, clean hotel and friendly service.
Great little budget hotel in an excellent area. We are a couple travelling with our teenage son and booked a triple room. The room was very clean and spacious. We had breakfast (paid extra) on one morning and it was great. Hotel staff are friendly. Room was cleaned to a high standard everyday. Location is great - lots of good cafes, restaurants and bars within 5 or 10 minute walk and 5 minutes walk to Gare du Nord and other metro stations, so we could get all over Paris and beyond if we wished. The mattress was comfortable and clean, I asked for extra pillows and these were provided, the bed was comfortable then and I slept well. The decor in the room was old, but this didn't really matter to us as the room and hotel was clean and well maintained. I think for the price, this is an excellent choice for budget travellers and I would definitely stay here again. In fact, I am re-booking for a trip later this year.

Maison du pré? More like Maison du pretty amazing!
The hotel was charming! It was in a super convenient location, if you’re getting the Eurostar I very much recommend! The rooms were cleaned daily, which was lovely and the staff were really helpful! I would say the only downsides would be that it can be a little noisy at night, not too bad but if you’re a very light sleeper then you may have an issue, also having to leave your key at reception when you go out can be a little odd. But overall a very pleasant stay! I would 100% stay here again

Property is good for a short stay if all you want is a room to sleep it will do the trick. It is a 2 star hotel so dont expect alot of amenities or updated accomodations. The staff are friendly and the continental breakfast is quick and simple. The only issue was when they swiped our cc it failed to process which made no sense. After a 20 minute wait time with the cc company the issue was their machine. It would have been a nice guesture to offer a free beer or something for the troubles considering it was their system and it was 8pm.
