The concierges were very helpful and friendly. They happily helped us with everything we needed. Nice location with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance, and the metro was very accessible as well. Highly recommend

I liked the feel of plush comfy room . The help was friendly and the maid did a good job of cleaning . It was close to Galleria Lafayette shopping . Underground metro was close . 25-30 minute walk to MonteMarte . 25-30 minute walk to the Louve . 40 minute walk to Cathedral of Notre Dame.

exceptional room, very large for Paris, good style to it. the bathroom was small but it was ok. the mirror was challenging. excellent bed, room temperature was good. excellent water pressure and temp in the shower. the bell person was incredible, friendly, helpful. really one of the best we have ever experienced. restaurant was poor.

The staff was very friendly. Hotel was very chic and centrally located to many stores and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. Room was large and all amenities were fantastic.

Love the modern decor and cleanliness, and my view! The only thing that let it down was the way I felt hounded by staff calling me every 3 minutes about 5 times to tell me to checkout. This despite the fact that I had already agreed a checkout of 15 mins late (ie 12.15), only due to the fact that I was promised a technician for the coffee machine. He didn’t turn up until 30 mins later and o had to wait to get ready after he’d left. The staff member was fine with thid and agreed 12.15 is fine, yet she and her colleagues kept calling me to remind em to leave (every few minutes!) I checked out exactly as per the time agreed, so not sure why I was hounded!

Great location, lovely staff, surprisingly spacious rooms and great cozy beds. Stayed here with mom on a special holiday and we loved this as our base for the proximity to the core (opera, madeleine, grands magasins), marais and Les Halles, and Montmartre to the North. We had a street facing room near the elevator and couldn’t hear a peep at night. Excellent water pressure in the shower.
