Excellent Location- Excellent Service -
We were welcome by Mohammad who was very accommodating and friendly.. On the 2nd day morning we commented that our bath was blocked and was told that someone will look into it but due to a miscommunication nothing was done. Kelvin who was working that day took upon him to help unblock the bath himself and brought fresh towels for us as the room was not made that day.. The following morning I accidentally left my mobile at the reception and the lady ( I’m sorry I forgot to ask your name ) who was at the reception kept it save for me. Excellent service all around… the housekeeper really clean the room well and found all the little things we misplaced or has fallen under the bed and put it on the bed so we can see it… The area itself had many eateries excellent public transportation… I am sorry I did not get the names of all the staff that was on duty but this will be my choice hôtel whenever I come to Paris again:)

Good location , nice staff and the place was fine enough. The bathroom was quite grubby, there was hairs on the walls when we arrived and the tub had seen better days. I was only here for two nights as it was a last min trip for a concert. I enjoyed my stay despite that.

It needs a refresher. It may have been renovated a few years back, but rooms need a fresh coat of paint. Walls and carpet are dirty.

Great place
This hotel was great, very good location near restaurants and metro station. All the Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and with comfortable beds. I recommend this hotel to everyone. When back in Paris we would definitely stay here !

Really nice and helpful staff, room was great for the price and very clean. Very convenient, the Oberkampf metro station is a 5 minute walk and made getting around very easy. Great value!

We stayed in July and returned in September. Despite the 36.5c heat the room air conditioning was a godsend. Great staff, decent sized room with kettle & mini-fridge. Nearby is one of the great patisseries of Paris: Utopie, opposite a fabulous local creperie Chez Imogene. Bus 96 round the corner takes you to St Paul, Chatelet & left bank. Bus 56 from Gare du Nord is an alternative to the metro, also nearby.

Short Break
short 2 night break in Paris with wife and son, given 2 ground floor rooms with a shared patio area which was useful as the weather was so hot. Room reasonable size with Queen size bed, which was perfect for our stay. Only problem we had is our Air conditioning didn't seem to work but wasn't too much of a problem as we had large Patio Doors. Area around Hotel is lovely with a good choice of Restaurants and places to eat, and only a 25 minute walk to the Seine, and felt very safe to wander about at night.

Good hotel in a nice area. Rooms are small and basic, but for the price this is exactly what we expected. The front desk staff were nice and allowed us to store our bags after check-out. Area is very well connected with both Oberkampf and République stations a short walk away, and the hotel has a good restaurant selection within walking distance. Note that the elevator was broken during our stay, so bear this in mind with large luggage.

Overall we had a great stay and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms were small as expected for Paris but beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was cool during our visit but there seemed to be good A/C. Only complaint was a slight but constant sewer smell from bathroom and the elevator was mostly out of service. Great area would stay again.

We spent three nights in August and overall our stay was very pleasant. All the hotel staff we interacted with was very friendly, helpful and professional. We had booked a triple room. Space was a bit cramped with 3 suitcases but the balcony more than made up for it. Note the balcony only fits 2! With a wide range of restaurants within easy walking distance and a short walk from République and Oberkampf métro station, great place to stay if you plan to see Paris using the transit system.

The hotel was in the perfect location between two metro stops. Many restaurants nearby and the staff was VERY nice. The rooms were pretty standard, but being out and about all day, we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. We would stay again!

Wonderful Hotel in Paris
This hotel is close to everything (cafés, restaurants, metro stations) but located in a very quiet street. The rooms were spacious enough (this is Paris after all) and the breakfast buffet is delicious. The staff was amazing and so eager to help.

Great location near the metro and a beautiful canal with a variety of restaurants. The room is neat but a bit small, with a great bathroom. AC works well. I must say the staff wasn't attentive. We haven't felt comfortable asking for pretty elementary stuff like towels.

Staff was really great. Professional. The hotel itself is not that well kept. Carpeting in the room was unclean and sticky stuff around. Amenities were minimal and barely functioning, elevator was out of order for almost a day, no slippers or simple lotion or conditioner, towels were old and worn off, the most basic hand washing soap/liquid, no ice maker machine, smallest table, and limited storage place in the room, the smallest bed I have slept on…

The location is great as it is near two metro stations- Republique and Oberkampf. Very walkable to Le Marais. All of the staff are wonderful.

Spacious room; great staff and wonderful air-conditioning. Location easy from Gare du Nord with great bus routes and metro routes a few yards away. Superb creperie and fantastic bakery at the end of the street. Very decent breakfast; good value.

The hotel was great! Very clean, staff was welcoming. It’s very close to the Canal St Martin which is an amazing neighborhood to spend an evening. Personally the only thing I was a bit disappointed by was the breakfast. I’d recommend going around to a café close to the hotel. I had an overall GREAT stay and would recommend to anybody looking for a clean, well situated and perfectly priced hotel.
