As expected for the price but expect no frills. The shower was small and cramped and the room felt shoehorned into the building, but overall clean with friendly staff. That said, for the price during the rugby world cup it was ok, but don’t overpay for this.

Worst ibis Style
The hotel is located in an area that could use some improvement. While there are several restaurants nearby, only a few of them are family-friendly. The hotel itself feels small and outdated, and having just one small elevator can be inconvenient during busy times. During our one-night stay, we encountered some issues with cleanliness in the washroom; there was dirt, and only a partially used toilet paper roll remained. One staff member seemed to have multiple responsibilities, which may have affected their ability to maintain everything adequately. They were responsible for cleaning the lobby and other areas on the ground floor, as well as serving and preparing breakfast. The coffee machine was turned off in the evening, despite being told that free coffee would be available at all times. In contrast, our experiences at two other ibis style hotels on this trip (in Port de' Italie and Lyon) included free coffee in the lobby throughout the day. Additionally, the attitude of the cleaning staff came across as somewhat rude, which was disappointing. It seems like hiring an additional staff member could help improve the overall service and maintenance of the hotel. Overall, I believe that with some improvements in cleanliness, staff allocation, and amenities, the hotel could provide a better experience for its guests.

Excellent hotel in regards to the room, staff and food. Location not so. If travelling with a family into Gare Du Nord its a 30min walk or a 30euro taxi. Metro is close although not pushchair friendly, lots of stairs, lifts if any out of order. Happy to stay there again maybe not as a family trip.

Rooms were small but clean and the decor was nice. The storage could have been better as there was not a lot of room to hang up clothes. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the location was good as there was a metro and restaurants nearby.

The hotel was clean and modern. Great buffet breakfast, friendly desk staff. Rooms are small with virtually no storage or tables to put anything in/on, air con didn't seem to work. Plenty of usb charging ports. Close to good restaurants, metro station and local supermarkets etc. 15min walk to Montmartre/Sacre Coeur. Shampoo/shower gel in bathroom and towels provided. Only real negative was some of the snacks we bought for our room were taken by staff. Pillows were awful.

Very disappointing for an Ibis Styles compared with past experiences in other cities. Very small lobby, rooms and bathrooms with cracked sinks that leaked onto the folded towels below. We were given exactly two stained threadbare bath towels; no hand towels. It was very noisy inside and out. We could hear conversations on the street and in the next room, not to mention traffic. Absolutely no sound proofing or sound control. We were given a particularly bad room next to the wooden stairs and hall door, so stomping footsteps and slamming doors throughout the day and night. The staff were nice and helpful, the metro station is close, and it was fun being close to Monmartre. Unless you get a great deal, stay somewhere else. Even the regular Ibis a block away looked better without rooms that fronted on the street.

The room was small, with a very strange bathroom: the sink in one bedroom, the toilet in another bedroom and the shower apart in its own area. The room was smelly and the carpet looks old and dirty. It is a shame, because the breakfast facilities are so good, and the breakfast itself is superb! Best breakfast we had in our 5-day visit to Paris.

Unfortunately this was a bad experience. The room had multiple issues– The air conditioning didn’t work, the window wouldn’t open, the sink leaked, and worst of all the shower drain was blocked and it caused water to overflow. Because they were fully booked we were unable to get another room. The nighttime staff covering the front desk showed no interest in helping me with my problems. I was forced to make a makeshift plunger using a toilet brush and a towel in order to plunge the shower drain enough so that the water would drain out.I will state that the front desk man who checked us in in the morning was very nice.

Wonderful hotel in Montmartre.
We stayed here for two nights and the hotel is lovely. Our accommodations were simple (expected), but the service we received was superb. The staff at the desk were very friendly and hospitable as we attempted to speak French. The continental breakfast was better than anything you'd find in comparable properties in the United States. We would highly recommend this hotel.

This part of Montmartre didn't look very safe for a family so I was happy to see nice interiors and very helpful staff on our arrival. I know Paris is expensive so wasn't suprise with small rooms. The kids area was separated which was very nice. There was no internet but staff helped very quickly and within minutes the problem was solved. Receptionists were always there when we needed any help. Merci. Unfortunately the street is very loud during the night and we couldn't sleep well. The windows are so bad and you can hear any sound. During the day our bins weren't emptied and rooms weren't cleaned. We try to clean it ourself but with two kids and tiny space it didn't look as it should. The breakfast should start at 7 but on last day when we were rushing we've heard that they start at 8. Overall Paris is lovely, people very nice and helpful but I wouldn't pick this part of Montmartre second time.

We are sorry that you did not find the location attractive enough.We are at 5 min walk from the metro station line 12 and the street to the metro station is " rue du Poteau" it is a street known for its shops and it is "village" in the city , the other station named Porte de Clignancourt is near to the market " Marché aux Puces " and in the area are people from diffrent cultures but is not a dangerous area .Paris is a multicultural city . For the cleaning if you put the cardboard on the door nobody will enter in the room .We clean rooms every day . We regret that we did not live up to your expectations. Best Regards,

We booked the room for our first night in France, went sightseeing to other countries, when we returned to France it was must staying in the same hotel. Rooms are comfortable and clean, staff is happy and helpful. The breakfast was great with many options. When we returned for our second stay, we were 'welcome home'

I really enjoyed my 6 night solo stay here!! Super cozy, modern, clean, comfy room. Small, but homey and perfect for me!! Super friendly at the front desk as well. Good area with metro station near.

Fint og billigt hotel
2 voksne, 1 teenager og 1 preteen. Værelset var fint stort, dog var toilet og bruser meget lille og der var ikke meget tryk på vandet. Væggene var meget tynde og man kunne høre en del fra naboerne. Morgenbuffeten var indbydende. Hotellet er ikke særlig stort og man kan have svært ved at få en parkeringsplads.
