“Nice stroll from Gare de Lyon”

Very pleasant stroll on a summer evening, might be less so in winter. From the mainline train station exit, it is a about 10 minutes, or you could take a metro, but you might walk nearly as far! The area around Gare de Lyon is lively and has a good selection of bars and restaurants. La Biche au Bois is excellent value, La Quincy stunningly good but more expensive. Le Train Bleu has the wow factor if you are out to impress! The Air France "Les Cars" stop right outside Gare de Lyon, and are a much cheaper option than a taxi if travelling solo.

“Extremely close to Bercy train station”

Clean hotel. Efficient service. Rooms are small but designed adequately. Very convenient for those interested in staying close to Paris Bercy train station of Bercy stadium.

We arrived in the rain so it was a little harder to find the hotel (FYI right next to it's sister hotel the Novotel) but it was incredibly pleasing. The bright colour scheme may not be to everyone's taste but suited us as a young couple. The room was small but the bed was incredibly comfortable and had free wifi which is such a bonus. Check in and check out were effortless. Given how cheap the hotel is for such high service I would definitely stay here again.

The location is ok with the Metro stop very close by. Across the hotel is a very nice restaurant, Hippopotamus, where the food and service is top class.
