Hard to get out of, but fine for a short stay
The hotel itself is a bit run down but fine for a short stay. The rooms are very small. I would say to any visitors the hotel is difficult to get to, and difficult to get out of! Because it is so close to the exhibition centre, when that closes it becomes difficult to make your way back from any public transport as the hotel is just on the motorway. I am unsure if we missed something on our visit but could not figure out how you would get through the gates after 7.30pm. If arriving by car/taxi this is not an issue really but the hotel is really in the middle of nowhere. Fine if you are just going to the exhibition centre and back then leaving. It is quite confusing on how to get around if not by car. The breakfast was good, decent selection and filled up reguarly.

We understand that our hotel is difficult to get to and from, especially after 7.30pm when the exhibition center is closed. Our hotel is located on the freeway, which allows easy access if you arrive by car or cab, but we understand that this is not a practical solution if you do not travel by car. At the ibis Villepinte Parc Expos, we strive to provide comfortable accommodation with friendly service. The bed sheets was not changed throughout my entire stay. The edges of the small bed was dusty. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The restaurant was fine. On the whole, I find that the rooms are never really properly clean in budget hotels and this was no exception. The bedding smells faintly of male travellers. The pillows always smell like they're someone else's. There's often a faint odour of very cheap man deodorant. Some people clearly cannot smell these things, but I and many others can.

Good staff but pathetic everything else!
Literally in the middle of nowhere. The hotel won't even offer a complimentary bottle of water. Rooms are every small for 88 euros a night. With a small bed and 2 bags in, there's no space left for 2 people to move around Breakfast option was limited with bread so stale. Even the cereal offered was pathetic. Free wifi and hot water in the bathroom available. Staff was extremely polite and offered complimentary late checkout till 1 pm Very close to the Airport. Ubereats food delivery available.

Not good for conferences
This hotel is not a convenient location for getting to the conference center. With no back entrance to the venue it is a minimum 15 minute walk each way. The venue is easy to get to via the metro so I would stay somewhere else & arrive via metro rather than walk. Over 3 days I have wasted 2 hours just walking to the metro & back to the hotel. There should be a shuttle bus given the +300 euro cost per night.

Absolutely dreadful experience with this hotel. The staff here are unhelpful, rude and completely unreasonable. I will be sure to avoid this place in future at all costs.

They do not serve global or hot breakfast. I paid for my breakfast for 3 and ended up not eating breakfast at all as all they served was cold ham and bread, no cereal, nor cooked breakfast nor was there any facilities to do them. The staff were not willing to assist in any way even when you offer to pay extra . 2. The rooms are damn to small, and you cannot move around freely in the room.

Property far away from Paris centre and 20 mins walking from the nearest train station (trains don't run late into the night either). Taxi to airport was very expensive too even being 15 minutes near so beware of that.

On-site hotel
The hotel is on-site at the Villepinte Conference Centre, however from Hall 3 (where we were situated) it was a good 15-20 minutes walk. There wasn't a lot of signage to the hotel and you do have to take a dirt path which is not lit in the dark and can get very muddy (see photo - thankfully I had boots on that I didn't mind getting dirty). Unfortunately the only other entrance in was a automatic gate for cars. Overall the stay was good, beds were very comfy. The hotel gets very busy on exhibition days and so you have to put your name down on a waiting list for dinner. Staff were polite and the rooms were clean.

Decent hotel, good price. Nothing fancy.
The hotel was clean and the people were friendly and helpful. The room was small and too hot but the A/C was already off for the fall so nothing anyone could do about the unseasonable weather. The bed was the worst one I have ever slept on in a hotel. Truly horrible. It was multiple layers of thin mattress type material that all kept sliding around and falling. Really bad bed. But free parking, which is very uncommon!

Terrible hotel
Booked this hotel due to close approximity to the airport for one night only. The rooms were super tiny and hot and the bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom did not have any toiletries except for hand soap which was in a almost empty and gross tube dispenser. The restaurant downstairs had no vegetarian options or kids meal options .

Great staff at this hotel!
There was a mix-up with my reservation - I had a confirmation but the hotel was sold out. They went to the extreme to restructure their bookings to accommodate me. I couldn't have been happier. Great breakfast and a good restaurant on-site for dinner as well.

A bit difficult to locate as signage was not real obvious. Hotel is close to CDG and convienient for night before a flight out of Paris. Beds and room comfortable, clean and compact.

room was very modern and clean. Only slight problem was that the floor is shiny laminate and the bed slides across it when you try to sit up in bed against the headboard. the bed frame is too lite!. Other than that the bed was very comfy

The reception staff on arival was not very pleasant. the restaurant is new and not bad value better thabn it was a year ago. The TV in my room did not work properly The room is comfortable and the breakfast is ok.

Hotel was fine, location was awful
I booked this hotel to stay in during an event at the convention center. The checkin was fine, they spoke English which was helpful and the room was comfortable if a bit small. I booked for three people but ended up staying alone due to complications with my roommates, which was for the best as it was definitely not a three person room. The main issue came with the location. Though it looks close to the convention center on google maps, the actual entrance is actually about fifteen minute walk away, and there is no way to cut through the convention center to shorten it. There was a shuttle from parking that went near the hotel, but it didn't actually service it. In fact the location was so removed that it took me three uber drivers just to get someone who was able to FIND the hotel to take me to the airport. The train station is equally far from the hotel, and I was actually locked out of the park one night coming back from Paris. The station barred the entrance to the park and though they had posted a sign saying to use the intercom to access the hotels, neither me nor any of the other people stuck there could get it to work and we ended up having to take a taxi from the station to the hotel as there is no other walking access. Besides the convention center and the other hotel, there's really nothing nearby so don't expect to be able to purchase food if not at the hotel restaurant. Really would advise people needing access to the convention center to book elsewhere.

Gates everyone you tried to go that never open. If you wanted to get to the train station it's a hike, and gettin back was a joke. They allow the trains to come in after midnight but lock the station at midnight. So no luck getting to your hotel unless you like climbing fences and crawling through gates. Walked this property three times and that's the only way we got in. Worst location ever.

30 mins away from Paris center.
Room is comfortable. Very small. Clean. Structure kinda old, but acceptable. Basic frensh is a must to communicate. Adapter is needed to connect phones, hair straighteners etc.

Very convienient for the Exhibition Centre.

Great hotel for the price, but do not recommend walking from Parc de Expositions train station to Ibis at night like we do. Very poorly marked, very dark, and did not feel safe. Had to find a security guard to direct us where to go.
