Didn't feel safe, felt like the area was like the Bronx, room was basic and not clean, very noisy couldn't sleep. Someone trying the door in night. They'd be better issueing a minder with the room key.

The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom was OK. Breakfast was negligible although we did get hot fresh croissants. However, there was no breakfast available on our last day. We only paid for the breakfasts that we ate.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The value for money was superb. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel comfortable walking the area at night. I will gladly stay there again.

部屋自体は、ぱっと見綺麗だが隅々まで掃除が行き届いてない。タオルとブランケットがそこまで綺麗とは言えない。スタッフさんは優しくて割と丁寧で好印象でした。

Don't take away guests'possession in your own term
Even though I told a receptionist not to enter my room for cleaning, they did. That's because I was afraid something would be missing, but it happened. All paper bags on the desk disappeared. I was going to use them as trash bags because there was no trash box in the bed room. I could understand if they had been beside the trash box and taken away. But, actually, they were on the desk. What if there were something but trashes? Or, as for guests' possession on the desk, do you take away them after checking what was in them? If so, uncomfortable. "You must not touch what is on the desk." Am I wrong? A charging cable was dropped on the floor. When I entered the room after check in at 14, it was so cold. They said the heater was turned off till 19. 受付にクリーニングは不要なので部屋に入らないよう事前に伝えたのにも関わらず、清掃がされ、案の定、私物がなくなっていた。 デスクの上に食品が入っていた小さな紙袋をまとめておいておいたが、全てなくなっていた。ゴミ箱がベッドルームにないので、そのためとっておいた。 ゴミ箱横に置いていて撤去されるのは理解できる。だが、デスク上のものに関してはいかがなものか。 もしゴミ以外のものが入っていたらどう責任をとるのか。 それとも、おたくのホテルでは、机上の客の私物を不要かどうかいちいち探って、独断で持ち去っているのか。不快だ。 "机上の客の私物は触ってはいけない。"私の言うことは間違っていますか? 充電器のコードが床に落とされていた。 14時のチェックイン後、部屋は寒く、ヒーターがつくのは19時とのことだった。

Une nuit à l'hôtel. Bonne prestation. Bon rapport qualité/prix pour l'accueil et l'entretien mais environnement beaucoup trop bruyant. Le prix payé à la réservation n'est pas le prix qui figure sur la facture (payé 82,99€ lors de la réservation / lors du séjour la facture est de 67,23€ / La différence ne m'a pas été remboursée - je dois faire une réclamation)

Et lille og billigt hotel, der kunne trænge til en gang vedligeholdelse og rengøring. Langt under dansk standard. Der var rent sengetøj og håndklæderne blev skiftet hver dag. Vasken på badeværelset lugtede lidt af kloak. Der er morgenmad mod betaling, og det var rimeligt til prisen. Flink og hjælpsomt personale, der kan engelsk. Beliggenheden er i 18 ard,der måske kan virke utrygt for nogle.

Hotel ubicado junto a estación de metro por lo que está bien comunicado aunque, por ello, también es muy ruidoso. El barrio es un poco "siniestro" y bastante sucio. El personal de recepción encantador, muy atento y servicial, se agradece. La habitación correcta, bonita y limpia, aunque la litera es muy ruidosa. El baño está más anticuado pero correcto. Precio muy bueno relación calidad-precio y con otros alojamientos similares.

Uitmuntend aan deze accomodatie is echt het personeel, ze zijn enorm vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn wat gedateerd maar wel netjes, het bed ligt heerlijk en de douche is super! Het enige minpuntje dat ik kan bedenken is de omgeving van het hotel, later op de avond was het erg onrustig in de straat waardoor wij ons toch wat minder veilig voelde

El hotel me canceló al llegar a hacer check in!!! Inaceptable la situación y han pasado más de dos semanas y HOTELES.COM no se ha hecho responsable de la devolución de mi dinero, de hecho me confirmaron por correo que no podrían hacer devolución por que no han podido contactar al hotel. ES UNA ESTAFA, NO RECOMIENDO USAR ESTA APP PARA RESERVAR.

Réserver chambre avec tv sur hôtel.com.... Arrivée à l’hôtel , Le réceptionniste m’annonces que hôtel.com ment ... invente et rajoute des équipements en plus pour augmenter leur statistiques de réservation.... Au final j’ai du rajouter 15 euros pour avoir la tv en plus et changer de chambre ... pour une plus chère bien entendu ... Honte à eux !
