It was very small but quaint because of the location, which made up for no coffee in the room because there was one downstairs across the small street at a restaurant/bar (Aero) and a McDonalds, that is not like the USA McDonalds that was open pretty late. They had breakfast which is a cold not hot breakfast but it wasn't bad. Croissants and coffee.

This was a great hotel; very nice location on a walking-friendly street with lots of markets and shops nearby. Great service and friendly staff. My only complaint would be that the wireless internet was quite slow and unreliable.

Clean, well-maintained & comfortable. Good value & location. Small rooms but this is to be expect. However, you are in a market district so it gets noisy very early in the morning (4 am) with delivery trucks and garbage trucks, etc.

poor service
I left around noon, putting the "please tidy the room" sign outside the door handle. When I return, the room has not been cleaned, with rubbish still in the room. the sign is put inside the room. So, the cleaning is by taking away my sign and slip it through the door.

Decent hotel for the price
My room was cozy, a bit small but tidy. There weren’t many power outlets in the room, and one of the covers was loose. My room faced the street and was definitely not soundproofed as stated; I could hear people in the room above me, beside me, and on the street below me. The location of the hotel was in a great neighborhood. There were many restaurants and food stores as well as shopping nearby. The Eiffel Tower was about a 20 minute walk from the hotel.

Worst hotel in the entire Paris!!!! Tiny hotel with tiny rooms!!! There were flies all over the room and the bathroom door didn't work!!!!! The women at the front desk started screaming at me to leave breakfast because she saw I was looking at the ingredients of the food being that I have a strict diet.

Hotel not as described. There is no roof top terrace. The beds are not sleep number. The shower doors do not seal at the bottom so bathroom floor is covered with water. The woman at reception is very pleasant, but I can not say the same about the men at the reception desk. The man was unable to find my reservation and he was exasperated and short with me. Then when I was returning to hotel at night, the door was locked. The man at reception would not open the door for me, but when another guest arrived at door he promptly opened the door. I showed man my room key but he continued to question me about my name and room number. The other guest just walked in without any questions. Overall this hotel did not make me feel welcome. I selected this higher priced hotel for its location and amenities, but I was very disappointed. There are better and cheaper places to stay in Passy.

I was quite disappointed by this hotel. the rooms were very basic and small. the wifi did not work which forced me to purchase a 4G sim card. the staff however was very friendly and worked hard to satisfy the clients

The room was extremely small. Barely had room to move around. Curtains were stined. The bedroom floor wasn't well clened, there was a chocolate covered raisin on the floor from the previous guests and was there until I left. They did do a reasonable job with the bed and bathroom though. The location is very noisy. Delivery trucks come at about 6am every day. Nothing the hotel can do about, it's the charm of having a hotel on a pedestrian local market street. The staff was friendly. If you can live with the above little problems, it could place to stay. Walking distance to the Eiffel Tower Nd lots a good restaurants.

Clean, efficient and updated hotel in chic Passy
Located in a desirable area of the wealthy Passy district of Paris, the hotel is a comfortable and safe option for those that would rather spend their $$$ on shopping, experiences, and food versus hotel amenities and a giant hotel room that is limited to just sleeping & showering. The hotel is located on a pedestrian-only street (bonus) and right next to a couple of grocery stores, wine store, cheese store, 2 bakeries, 2 restaurants, a McDonald's and a block from a ton of nicer clothing stores. Room-wise, I got a clean, effecient modern room with an updated bathroom, albeit WAY too small from the placemnent of the toilet relative to the shower. Essentially, you sit in a diagonal manner since the wall is 4" away from the edge of the toilet bowl. And the shower is a step up above and adjacent to the toilet. Thus, very tricky if you're a taller or average height person. However, that said, water pressure was fine and there was never any issue for hot water when showering. I don't think all rooms are like this so do inquire in advance if you this small bathroom (approx. 8' x 2.5) is too small for your needs. Noise is minimal, aside from the 6 am noise from the garbage trucks and shop keepers getting their stores ready - but that is normal for Paris. I'd stay at this hotel again, especially given the location and price (under $100/night). If you're higher maintenance and want more amenities, then maybe look elsewhere. But this is a good choice in a very expensive city.

Great location - needs to be cleaned and updated
I was in room 101 (I believe); the room appeared as though no one had been in it in quite a while. Dust on everything - ceiling, light fixtures, and mold in the bathroom from no ventilation (no fan but an option to open the window that opens up to the main street). The walls in the bathroom were filthy - black hair and some other substance stuck to the wall. I mentioned this to the front desk the morning following my check in and requested that the bathroom walls be cleaned (and they were). One of the bedside lights was not functioning, nor did the plug on the window side of the bed. The only functioning plug was under the TV. The closet is not tall enough to hang clothing with out the items dragging on the bottom of the "closet". The gray rug was dirty and outdated. The bathroom did not have any plugs and had a hairdryer attached to the wall. The hose was filthy and had crusted makeup or something on it. I am not sure if there was an option to get ice in the hotel; but not being able to keep anything cold was disappointing. Good things: The bed was comfortable, the shower was clean and the water was hot, towels were soft & clean. Great location - lively street but surprisingly quiet at night.

Room is extremely small - even though the pictures show it larger than it really is. At £77 a night would recommend elsewhere due to the size of the room and noise from outside during the night. Bathroom fairly cleanish.

Good value hotel in a lovely road
Whenever I come to Paris, I seek to stay in my old neighbourhood of Passy and at this hotel. Great location, close to the metro (line 9) and RER (C). It also sits among some charming restaurants and typical Parisian shops.

Think about it b4 booking this hotel.
Very small room with a double size bed, room #101: Closet very small, hardly had any room to hang clothes: If you are at least 6 feet tall, you won't have any room to sit on the toilet, had to sit side ways, worst than the toilet seat in an airplane. Had problems getting wifi in the room with my laptop. Room needs plenty of improvements: Hotel location in the middle of restaurants and shopping centers.

First impression: tiny room!! which actually is not unusual for Europe (I'm used to the huge space afforded in Asia and US). Second impression: The layout was well done. The room had good outside light, and was clean overall, The bathroom was modern and had all the important amenities. Shower was good. Internet was decent. The bed was really comfy. Overall impression: This hotel was basic but it worked well. The location was great. The small street had cute restaurants and shops. It's in a good area. I would recommend it.

Very comfortable hotel.
Nice hotel in a quiet area without being away from anything except for the big crowds. Good food close, lots of places to eat or just pick up something to take back. Easy walk to the Eiffel Tower was the icing on cake!

Great Location and Hotel
The location was great - an easy walk to the tower and to the metro. The staff were great except getting locked out late at night when a member of staff was stood outside with the door on lock and it was shut accidentally. We were given helpful advice by the bloke on the counter about attractions and Paris in general. I would recommend the cafe on the corner opposite for breakfast - it was great.

Great Little gem of a hotel
We loved the location of this hotel: walking distance to 2 major Metro stations and the Eiffel tower. The street it is on is pedestrians only and has a great variety of local stores such as a café, a bakery, a cheese store, a fruit stand and a wine store among others. The room is relatively tight quarters for American standards, but clean and quiet. We had to makeshift a "do not disturb" to make sure the cleaning crew didn't wake us up, but other than that, we loved staying here. The Hotel staff is very helpful and we found it very easy to get everywhere in Paris from here. Would absolutely stay here again!
