We had great experience at Le Pradey when our family visited Paris for the first time. We arrived much earlier than the regular checkin time and the staff offered warm welcome services, they made our room quickly available. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Decent breakfast as well. Highly recommend.

Excellent location, around the corner from St Honore, shopping street. 10 mnt walk to Louvre. Hotel is about 12 yrs old and needs an upgrade especially the carpet in the room needs to be replaced asap, it makes the room look older than it is. Was given suite with “balcony”. Room was decent size but balcony was a ledge that you had to climb out of window to access. It was cute, but not really a usable balcony. Breakfast was in a basement, with limited assortment, but enough to choose from.

Excellent customer service with great location
My wife and I had a wonderful stay, the staff are absolutely delightful. We had small incident thought we lost the necklace that means a lot for my wife . But the staffs were extremely helpful and understanding and kind to offer help . Fortunately was just miss packed in wrong place . We truly appreciate the professionalism and the wonderful staff at the hote; not to mention great location !!! Thank you so much !!

Lovely hotel, great location, wonderful staff!
We reserved a suite as we know the hotels in Paris are relatively small and it was perfect. The staff were all amazing, especially Brice, who took care of all the things we requested: a kettle for our room, reservations for restaurants at night and calling a cab. On the last day he conversed with our driver and good thing, otherwise, we would have ended up at the wrong airport!

God invented the bathroom door for a reason... why the trend to use glass walls and doors? No soundproofing... no noise proofing... the toilet is only a few feet away from the bed and there were prior toilet overflow stains on the bathroom (which was the smallest bathroom I've ever seen) floor. The room was fine - almost no room to put your luggage - but not the value expected for the price. Think twice before booking... great for one person, but not more than that.

Modern, quiet, clean and elegant!
We have enjoyed staying at Le Pradey a few times and I’m sure we will return next fall. It is a quiet and comfortable hotel with nice beds and linens, and very good in-room air conditioning. We prefer staying in the 1st, and Le Pradey is a perfect central location - steps to the Tuileries, Louvre, major shopping, restaurants, and art galleries. We appreciate the knowledgeable staff, shout out to Davey, and the generous continental breakfast greeting us each morning.

A weekend of Retail therapy sport and culture city
The Hotel is ideally located in the best part of Paris to stay in. Modern with small rooms, clean and well presented but lacking in the small "extras" that one would expect in a hotel costing the amount charged for the room per night eg Dressing gown, toiletries, secure safe (there is one but it is not bolted down !). The staff are very helpful and pleasent

Wonderful getaway in Paris
The stay was wonderful and the front desk team was very helpful! The hotel is lovely and well situated within walking distance to the Louvre and multiple cafes. Brice from the front desk provided several recommendations during our stay and assisted with booking a tour which was much appreciated.

Lovely hotel. Did not use the property amenities much since it was so convenient to walk to everything in the 1st arrondissement. However, the public spaces were very nicely appointed. The staff is top notch and very helpful. I was in a nice balcony room one floor from the top with lovely views of the ferris wheel and the park. I would have given this all 5 stars except that the room I was in has seen some wear and tear and it is showing. Some outlet plates were loose, the furniture is a bit worn, and there were some issues with the phone. My biggest concern was that someone had taken light bulbs from our table side lamps. Had I not noticed that, I could have easily put my finger in an empty socket. Management immediately addressed the issues and graciously sent us some nice champagne to apologize for the situation. Still, they may need to do better on checking rooms for defects to avoid much bigger issue. All in all a pleasant stay and I would certainly recommend and visit this property again.

The hotel was wonderful, in a good location. It is on a quiet street, and in walking distance to many of the sights. The rooms are up to date. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a nice included breakfast. The rooms are a little small, but that is expected in a big city like Paris.

This hotel was a very disatisfying part of our 3 week trip. The suite we were assigned was not the same as what Expedia and the Hotel advertised in the photos. We could hardly move around the "suite" and they could not move us until half way through the 4 day reservation. We asked for a renumeration because of this mis representation and the hotel stated that they could not do that because of Expedia's management of the reservation. The desk staff tried to help but the other suites were booked. We paid about $2,300.00 for a very unsatisfactory experience! I advise booking directly with hotels and ensuring you are getting what you pay for......ensure that what is advertised in the pictures is what you are getting!!

Loved Le Pradey!
Great stay at Le Pradey, our first visit here. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful, and happy to accommodate our dog too. Location is terrific, just off fashionable Rue St Honore and beside Tuillieries, we walked or got metro from here to all over the city. Our room was the largest we have ever had in Paris (Geode, Deluxe room), comfortable and quiet. Honesty bar in the residents lounge area is a nice touch. Thanks for a great stay, looking forward to returning. By the way, we parked our car in the Pyramides car park 2 minutes away, which was really convenient.

Great hotel stay in the heart of Paris.
Great location- super close to the Louvre and metro. Our suite was spacious and well-equipped- even a TV in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The cheese and bread selections at breakfast were delicious. The staff were very polite and attentive to my needs. I would definitely stay here again.

I am very disappointed in the cleaning staff for not turning in my rain coat that I had inadvertently left hanging on the bathroom door. I realized I had left the coat, immediately contacted the hotel and was told that it was not found by the cleaning staff. They did not believe me that I had left it and I clearly remember where it was and I did not have it in my luggage upon returning from the trip. Clearly, the cleaning personnel that cleaned the room upon my departure knows where the jacket is. The lack of integrity and dishonesty will make me never return to this hotel.

The room was a bit small, and some constuction disruption on the street, but everything else was perfect.
