Great Hotel in the best possible location.Posted 25-Oct-2013
Pros: Clean, polite staff, relatively large rooms.
Location: Right near the Arc de Triomphe and great views of the entire city. Short Metro ride or cab to Eifel tower or the Louvre and the river.
This hotel is absolutely perfect for a 3 star in Paris. It is at the end of the Air France Bus route so transfers are easy and inexpensive. I was in my room 75 minutes after touching down at CDG airport. The Metro is a 2 minute walk away and cab stop is outside the door. $10-15 Euro ride to anywhere in Paris you would want to go. Not to mention that the Arc de Triomphe is less than 5 minute walk and you can see it out the "balcony" windows. It is also on the edge of tourist vs. local area so you can walk 5 minutes to a local shop and get reasonably priced food (not easy to find in Paris) and local charm.

Small rooms but very adequate, had a fridge and air conditioning which I wasn't expecting. The rooms are beautifully furnished and very clean. I never heard a sound from anywhere at night very peaceful. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. This hotel is in a perfect location its a real gem would highly recommend.

I like this hotel very much. It's clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. They all speak English. The hotel is in an excellent location. It's two blocks from the rer and 4 Metro lines and also 2 blocks from the Arc de Triomphe, the head of the Champs Elysees, and the AirFrance buses to the airports. There's a great bakery on the next corner, a lot of restaurants and a few groceries.

Excellent Paris accommodationPosted 24-Mar-2012
Pros: Excellent location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Room facilities good Reception staff extremely helpful
Cons: Breakfast not included in room price
Location: 100 yards from the arc de triomphe and Metro station Air France bus direct to airports from the end of the street.
Excellent location, close to several small supermarkets and independent shops. Lovely patisserie at the end of the street. Well placed for all the major attractions. Metro station and air France bus to airports from the end of the street. Superb service from the reception staff. Front room on 5th floor of hotel a little small by UK standards but fantastic view of the arc de triomphe. Clean and comfortable bed. Small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities in room. A pity room rates do not include breakfast. Would definitely return to Paris and would recommend this hotel to friends.

A pleasant surprisePosted 03-Oct-2009
I expected less from this hotel than it delivered. Our room was on the fifth floor overlooking Avenue Carnot, with a view of the Arc de Triomphe. We arrived at 9:00 AM on a Sunday morning, too early to check in. The clerk graciously guarded our luggage while we spent the day exploring Paris. The lobby is nicely decorated as shown on the Hotel web site. The room was a bit small, but cozy. The bath had the usual half shower guard that is not much use for anything. The elevator is small which might be a problem for larger people. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to the Champs Elysees, the Air France bus for the airport, and metro and RER Connections. On the downside, wireless internet has to be purchased at 8 Euros for 1 hour or 15 for 3. Breakfast is 13 Euros, better to go down to the local Bisto and get a decent brunch for 10.
