I love this little hotel..Posted 28-Aug-2014
Pros: the location is perfect, there are plenty of little bars and cafe's around the hotel for lunch, drinks or dinner
Cons: My view.. but this is only because I overlooked the back yard but 2 steps out of the front door and you can see the Arc and people watch..
Location: the Arc De Triomphe is on your doorstep and the Tower is only a short walk away. as is The Champs Elysee, you can walk to anywhere from this hotel.
I had a 3 night stay in July for Le Tour as the hotel is in an ideal spot for the route around the Arc and cannot fault anything at all..the staff were most helpful when I needed a doctor and cannot thank them enough as I was a solo traveler who unfortunately does not speak French..I had a double room to myself which was fine for me but the standard rooms may be a bit cramped for 2 people if you intend to spend most of your time in your room The breakfast was a great start to the day with a good variety of cereal, fruit juices, croissants/bread, cheese and yoghurts etc I will be back soon. :)

Nice hotel very close to Arc de Triomphe & MetroPosted 15-Jul-2014
Cons: Keys for each person staying.
Location: Arc de Triomphe is 100 m/yds away. Metro 50 m/yds away. Good food and shopping close by.
This hotel was in a fabulous location. Maybe 50 m/yds from metro (3 different lines accessible) and 100 from the Arc. Out the front window, you can lean out and see Arc. Bed was comfy, a bit soft for me. Bathroom is small and room too, but typical Paris size. We didn't spend much time in room other than to sleep, so was ok. We paid two-fifty (USD) per night, a bit pricey for quality, but not for location. We did not eat breakfast there, so no comment there. Lots of locations to eat close, shopping is somewhat close. All in all, we were happy for the most part and figured anywhere close to tourism and Metro we got a decent value for high priced Paris. Only weird thing was the room key. They were the "hole" punch cards and they only would give one out and we "had" to leave it at the front desk every time we left. The desk worker said this was for "security reasons" so we would not lose it. Key was always there when we returned and did not look like anyone accessed our room except for cleaning. Nice large safe in the room anyway, so our passports, cash, and other valuables (ipad) were all locked up anyway.

Excellent location - business traveler friendlyPosted 02-May-2014 on Hotels.com
Stayed for 2 nights in April 2013. Hotel is about 100m from RER/Metro and Air France bus-stop near the Etoile. The hotel is clean, with average sized and comfortable rooms for Paris. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants and bars nearby, but with the proximity of the metro, anywhere in Paris can be readily reached. I will stay there again.

There's a very nice bakery around the region, very near the metro which is accessible to a lot of key location in Paris!

REALLY NICE HOTEL RIGHT NEXT TO CHAMPS ELYSESPosted 13-Mar-2014
Pros: STAFF AND LOCATION
Cons: ROOM SIZE
Location: THE HOTEL WAS JUST 150 METERS FROM CHARLES DE GAULLE PLAZA AND CHAMPS ELYSES WHICH AND YET ON A VERY QUIET AVENUE. EVERYTHING WAS IN WALKING DISTANCE.
CENTRLA LOCATION AND VERY HELPFUL STAFF WHICH IS HARD TO COME BY IN PARIS. ROOMS WERE VERY SMALL AS EXPECTED IN PARIS.

Location, location and locationPosted 13-Jan-2014 on Hotels.com
The best part of the stay was the location of the hotel from the airfrance airport shuttle. Until I got of the airport shuttle, I did not notice how easy it was to find the hotel from the stop. RER and subway stations are right next to the airport shuttle stop as well. Compared to another hotel we stayed in Paris, this hotel is older but it has its own charm. The room is very small but you will find everything you need. We enjoyed using an electronic kettle in the room to make tea at night. The receptionists were extremely professional and helpful. The only trouble we had with the room was the maintenance. For example, the toilet was not clean when we arrived. Also, the next day the bathroom floor was mopped but it was very sticky. My husband found that the room was hot and stuffy. He wanted to use the bed sheet instead of the thick duck down comforter but there was none... In general, it was a good location to do sightseeing but the hotel could make some more improvement.

Great Hotel in the best possible location.Posted 25-Oct-2013
Pros: Clean, polite staff, relatively large rooms.
Location: Right near the Arc de Triomphe and great views of the entire city. Short Metro ride or cab to Eifel tower or the Louvre and the river.
This hotel is absolutely perfect for a 3 star in Paris. It is at the end of the Air France Bus route so transfers are easy and inexpensive. I was in my room 75 minutes after touching down at CDG airport. The Metro is a 2 minute walk away and cab stop is outside the door. $10-15 Euro ride to anywhere in Paris you would want to go. Not to mention that the Arc de Triomphe is less than 5 minute walk and you can see it out the "balcony" windows. It is also on the edge of tourist vs. local area so you can walk 5 minutes to a local shop and get reasonably priced food (not easy to find in Paris) and local charm.
