Staff was very helpful and friendly, thank you!
However, it was obvious that the place was understaffed, having only one single person manning the front desk from handling with check-ins and check-outs, phone calls, assisting with customers’ needs (e.g. we had to wait for quite some time to have the faulty safe deposit box reset).
The lift was not working the day when we arrived and we were placed on the 4th floor. We were offered service to help take our luggage up but which we would have to wait for the same reason mentioned above - only one person to multi-task, so we did it ourselves as ours were not too bulky and heavy like some others. We left something in our room and had to take the flights of stairs to go up and down again.
The room floor was slightly dusty and so was the wardrobe.
There was also some smell coming from the drainage holes in the restroom.
Lock was removed from the restroom door for some reason hence there was no bolt to extend into the frame to keep the door shut properly, so early in the morning when the sun was out bright light pierced through the 1.5-inch gap shining right into my face (I did take picture for easier explanation if needed).
Overall we were rather disappointed having chosen this hotel.
