Terrible choice of a hotel. We booked a classic room which turned out to be a classic matchbox size room. There was literally one foot around the bed to walk around. When we asked to change rooms we were told there were none available. The “safe” was just placed on a shelf, you could literally take it with you. The windows were not secure so we had all the street noise at night until all hours. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The price did not match the offerings. Breakfast was mediocre. Expedia should check the ratings before offer this hotel. Very disappointed I used my Expedia points towards this booking.

No regrets and would go again. :) There was an issue with shower drainage but we didn’t alert the hotel staff to it until we checked out.

This hotel is in a fantastic central location full of cafes and restaurants with lots of action. You are within steps of the Metro. I highly recommend taking the "half board" option because you not only get breakfast but also either lunch or dinner each night in their wonderful Italian restaurant.
