“Lovely hotel in a great neighbourhood.”

Went to this lovely, friendly hotel for 3 days. Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful It's in a great location (just round the corner from the Rodin Museum) and in a walkable distance from the Eiffel Tower and an underground station. Room was basic but great size and bathroom was really nice! Would love to go back!

“Hôtel de Suède a pleasure”

I went for a short 3-night stay, 4-7 January 2011, with a friend with whom I shared a twin-bed room. Everything was comfortable, attractive, warm, calm, and the service was unobtrusive and efficient. The people at Reception were polite, helpful and informative. We both said that we would very happily stay at the Hôtel de Suède again.

“quad great for family”

Quad was ideal for 2 adults in single beds made into a double, and two singles, with a great view of garden.

“Not too bad at all”

This is a good hotel. The room was not too small & I coped with the space in the room. The room was plain but not unlikable. There was no balcony, and from what I can see none of the rooms do but there was a large opening French window. The bed was firm but comfortable and the pillows very soft although they were feather filled. The cupboard space is ample for a short city break but there is a short supply of hangers so if you have lots of shirts take some spare ones with you! The bathroom is small but immaculate. No bath in my room but a lovely power shower (but with no shower curtain!!) There was no minibar/fridge in the hotel room but there is a 24hour room service, which I did not take advantage of, particularly since the prices are quite high (as to be expected)- this service is only available if you have a credit card. I should warn you about the doors on the hotel rooms-they are not self locking! You need to make sure you lock the door from both inside and out-I did not realise this till the second day! The cleaners completely ignored my do not disturb sign on all three mornings. The location is quite good-a quiet backstreet, which means no traffic noise at any time. Good location for the metro, close to the Vaneau stop on line 10 & the same distance to shops & bistros. I will warn you that whilst I have never actually had a problem it is quite nerve racking walking up the street at night. The hotel staff were pleasant enough but never once actually smiled.

“good stay”

Had a wonderful stay, the only drawback was the lack of Wifi which we would incur additional cost, which was really expensive.
