We had the most wonderful time at Hotel Bassano. The room was beautiful and spacious with lots of small, unique touches that set the boutique hotel apart. The staff were all so friendly, helpful, and very quick with any requests. Everyone I talked to spoke English. The first day I only did dining and shopping recommended by the hotel and had a fantastic day. The beds were comfortable and everything felt safe. The location was so insanely convenient, with very easy walks to many big locations and the metro. I would absolutely stay here any time I’m in Paris and recommend it to anyone going!

Beautiful rooms very well sized for Paris and therefore good value for money, very friendly and helpful staff the only thing to really bear in mind is that the rooms facing the street are not well isolated so you hear pretty much every car that goes by at night. It's a quiet area of Paris so there's maybe only one every 2-3mn but this was a problem. The room was also a bit warm (not sure there is air con, only heating) and here again for the same reason opening the window not really an option. Shame because with those 2 issues fixed this hotel would be perfect (but the price would probably be higher!!)

After a not so great start, being given a back room overlooking an awful yard, that was tired and needed redecoration, we were moved to a front king with wonderful street views. Jasmin on front desk was awsome. Always smiling and beyond helpful. Breakfast was great with a good choice of hot and cold foods. The hotel is in a perfect location for walking to many points of interest.

Property has serious issues in air-conditioning and they pretend they are working on it, while they know that it will never work. I spent two nights without AC and had to checkout after I lost hope. If you want to feel like Sauna in your bed, try this place in the summer.

Nice little hotel conveniently located near Champs Elyses - the breakfast room is really small, but that’s probably quite usual for Paris. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

This property is not a 4 star property and relative to other neighboring hotels rated 4 stars, this property does not measure up at all. I booked a Supreme Double Room and they had me for a standard, after waiting a while I was supposedly given what I paid for but the room did not feel or look supreme by any means. The staff and service left much to be desired and I definitely did not feel like I was staying at a 4 star property. It has a motel like feel to it.

We were pleasantly surprised with our hotel. It was so cozy and the staff was friendly. The room was so nice decorated and very clean. Breakfast was a great treat for our stay. Walkable distance ti Eiffel Tower, Champs Elisee, and Arc de Triomphe, Louvre museum . We are so glad we chose this place

Hotel was nice ,rooms are clean but 2nd night the elevator was broken and we had to walk up to the 5th floor . Husband with a heart failure and me with lungcancer remission, not so good so we stayed in the hotel .Ordered a parking space but they had only 2 and both were given out . So we had to park away from the hotel and it was 50 Euros a day .

Great location that is very walkable to different parts or interests, as well as to trains. We walked quite a bit to the Champs Elysees, to the Arc de Triumph, to the Eiffel Tower, to the Seine, etc. And the area is very safe, even late in the evening walking as a family. There are also good dining options in the area. Staff was excellent, we want to particularly call out Jazz. We really appreciated the service, the friendliness and responsiveness. This would be a 5 star review if a) we had better internet access (terrible, and it constantly dropped), b) the rooms were a little bigger, and c) you got a little more value for the money. I'm not sure for the price we paid we couldn't have gotten a slightly larger room with better internet at another location not too far away. All in all, a positive experience, just more on the costly side for what we got.
