This hotel is situated 5 minutes walking distance from metro station "porte des lilas" line 11 which is just within zone 1 (the most central zone) of the Paris metro network.

Got a lovely, clean room with a view and I couldn’t be any Happier! Great customer service all around. Excellent location with lots of restaurants & supermarket within walking distance and laundry service is literally right next door. My stayed was extremely satisfying. From San Francisco

Don’t judge a hotel by its stars
Very good stay, may only have been a 2 star but the room was great, bed was spacious and comfortable the room came with a desk fan and it’s own private bathroom. Definitely would stay again

Adequate 2-star hotel, a couple of niggles
I had a twin room with bath on the second floor. I was happy to have a bath, however there was no bath plug. I asked the receptionist about this and he said this is a problem in Paris and he didn't have one to give me. I managed to find one in a shop for 1.60 euros, so I was able to have a bath. Another niggle: On check in I was asked to pay city tax, which was expected at 1.13 per night. However, they said it was actually 2 euros per night due to an additional service charge. This was not advertised or made clear when booking the room and I feel I have been conned. I was offered no receipt for such 'service charge'. The hotel room walls are very thin and you could hear people talking, flushing the toilet etc. There is also noise from the street. Positives: very near the metro 'porte des lilas' and bus/tram stops. A couple of bars nearby and supermarkets too. I would not stay here again. I have stayed in better hotels and nicer areas for a similar price.

Very polite staff. Small rooms, but a great price. Nice little neighborhood close to the metro and bus stops. The hotel is basic but fits the bill.

Great Value for Budget Priced Hotel
This hotel is in a nice and safe neighborhood, easy to reach from and to the center of Paris. The staff is very friendly. The room is for the rate and Paris standards sized better than expected. The wireless Internet works fine. There are several cafes and restaurants in close neighborhood.

This hotel was what we needed. Reasonably priced, clean, and had good service. We stayed in April and had no problems with noise from other rooms, but I downloaded a white noise app in case it was needed. Very friendly and helpful staff. The wi-fi was adequate. The hotel is 2 blocks from a metro station, with a very nice bakery a half-block away. The only problem is that the neighborhood is noisy at night, so you can't keep the window open.

Great hotel, quiet yet close to transport links.
Ideal if you want a great priced quiet hotel that is within short walking distance of shopping and transport. Friendly, helpful staff on reception. It would have been better to have had more information in the restaurant area for example, that the eggs need to be cooked before opening them...! Apart from that, the breakfast was very good.

Amazing for the price
Great stay! The first man at reception was a gem (2nd not so much, he couldn't arrange to have some blown light bulbs replaced in our room) but once the first returned he did so promptly. Comfortable bed with extra pillows. Bathroom clean and looks recently renovated. Not too noisy for Paris! Pleasantly surprised by the neighborhood too, we found it nice and vibey with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Been in many inexpensive hotels in Paris and this is one of the best! Would definitely stay again.

The condition of the property was ok. However, the Wifi was poor. It is close to Pere Lachaise cemetary but not much else - not central for touristic activities. The maid got angry when she was asked to clean the bathroom at the end of the shift - unprofessional.

Convenient, clean and cheap hotel
I booked this hotel on lastminute.com for one night when other plans fell through. I paid €44 euros for a twin room (I was alone though.) and I felt like it was good value for money. I arrived late, just after 11pm and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small, clean and comfortable with a TV, desk, good sized wardrobe, a little balcony, good shower and pretty reliable Wi-Fi. Lots of bistros in the area and a late night store open until 1am just five minutes away. It's also 5mins walk from the nearest metro which will get you to central Paris is under half an hour. I would have liked a kettle and a couple of coffee sachets in my room but at the price I have no complaints and would definitely stay there again.

Il personale è gentile e disponibile, le camere sono davvero piccole e la pulizia non è delle migliori. Le camere sono talmente attaccate tra loro che spesso sembra che ti stia entrando qualcuno in stanza! Di notte se il vicini fa la doccia, sembra che la stia facendo nel tuo bagno. Abbiamo soggiornato per Capodanno e pur avendo la metto vicina e quindi per gli spostamenti comodo, quella notte per tornare, essendo un po’ fuori, abbiamo dovuto prendere diversi mezzi prima di riuscire a tornare perché quella linea (la 11 marrone) era tra quelle chiuse. La zona non è delle migliori ma comunque fornita di supermercati aperti fino a tardi, McDonald’s e autobus.

Grande differenza tra hall e camera da letto, la prima vecchia e polverosa, la seconda abbastanza ben pulita (migliorabile) ma il letto in compenso era impeccabile, camera piccolina ma personalmente non lo trovo un difetto. Quartiere carino e tranquillo.
