Le personnel s'est mis en quatre ! Malheureusement, je ne parle pas français, mais le personnel était incroyablement arrangeant. J'ai oublié mon ordinateur portable dans ma chambre et je ne m'en suis rendu compte qu'à 1 heure du matin le lendemain. J'ai roulé de Paris à Chanteloup où le gérant a cherché mon ordinateur portable. A 2 heures du matin, il a appelé un de ses employés pour l'aider à le retrouver. L'employé a pu localiser mon ordinateur portable et nous avons pu rentrer à Paris avant notre vol du lendemain. Cet hôtel était très propre et se trouvait à quelques minutes en voiture de Disneyland. Je le recommande vivement aux familles qui ne séjournent pas sur la propriété Disneyland.

Lovely and well decorated. We had a room by the lift which was quite noisy all night and sounded like a repetitive clanging in the room. Overall fine for a trip to Disney

Rooms weren't cleaned daily, toiletries were not replenished, i.e toilet rolls, room was very hot had to sleep with the window open, good location for disneyland, no food service at hotel apart from breakfast, - okay stay

Not a very good experience.
My reservation was cancelled. According to the hotel reception, she was contacting me while I was travelling on my way to Paris, not expecting upon arrival that they cancelled my reservation. Good thing that they were able to get us a room for our first night, but I have to make an immediate reservation for the succeeding nights since our room is no longer available.

From check in to check out, I enjoyed my stay. The staff members that I met were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast (extra charge) was excellent and had lots of options. My room was very comfortable (although I prefer a shower without a bathtub) and clean. Access to Disneyland Paris was easy and relatively inexpensive using Uber. I would absolutely stay here again.

Location is great for Disneyland Paris. We stopped overnight after a late night crossing, it’s perfect for a stopover- family rooms feature bunk beds for the kids. Im sure it would be a great cost effective option for visiting Disneyland over an extended period as it’s only a 10 minute drive from the parks and a supermarket within 2 minutes of the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful even though we arrived very late. Only negative was the inability to control the room temperature, it was stifling in the room despite being cool outside.

A quirky hotel with lovely decor. Our little boy was obsessed with the birds and chicken coup! It was only a short drive to Disneyland. Also within walking distance a shopping centre with clothes shops, toy shops, and escape rooms. Also fast food, and an Aldi. We felt the hotel is very family friendly and reasonably priced.

We were visiting the museums in the centre of Paris & booked this hotel on the outskirts hoping it would be quiet and relaxed family hotel for a good night's sleep. However the hotel was very lively and noisy. Our 2 family bedrooms were in an open gallery area above reception and the bar. There was constant noise coming up into our room until 1am. The noisiness obviously started again at 7am with breakfast customers. The *family* bedrooms were so small there was not room for 1 person to walk around once the suitcase was in, let alone the 4 people it was booked for, which was a real issue. There were no drawers or wardrobes, and barely any furniture space to put any belongings down. The hotel was clean and the interior design featuring songbirds was quirky and attractive.

the staffs were unbelievably rude and very unprofessional. 1) the room was not ready when we arrived after 3 pm, and nobody at the reception desk even tried to apologize or explain the situation. they just showed in every way possible that they were very unpleased that we were surprised at what was going on. 2) we were simply told to wait, with one of the staffs responding, “we have these many rooms and how are we supposed to clean all the room in time”. 3) another unpleasant surprise was that it wasn’t just our room they didn’t get to clean in time; the public restroom in the lobby was also very unclean (—looked like one of the public toilettes on the streets in Paris). 4) we didnt get to receive any of the vip benefits described on the expedia website. i understand the room upgrade and late checkout would depend on the situation, but the hotel didn’t give us the free drinks either. 5) the room was extremely small, which i am not complaining about but it’d help to know before making a reservation that with three twin beds, one very small desk, and an invisibly tiny stool, there was not much space left so when one person wanted to move, the other two had to stay on their beds. (and please know all three of our family are relatively slender.) 6) the entire space (=the bedroom and the bathroom) smelled like a combination of a couple of different chemical disinfectants. 7) the walls were so thin that you could hear everything from the other rooms.

Upon checkout I was not returned my fifty Euros which they recieved in cash. This was an additional cost that was never mentioned when booking the hotel. I also saw the front staff were not returning fifty Euros unless the customer brought it up. Been trying to reach them but no response.

Nice budget alternative for family trip to Disney
Great stay thank you. Great welcome from the staff even when it was almost midnight when we finally arrived. 15 min drive to Disneyland. We have done the Disney hotel experience before so we only wanted somewhere nice to stay nearby. This is a nice hotel. Rooms were on the small size but adequate for a family of 4. The kids beds were bunks.
