One Night staff is nasty . The beddings smells. Can’t use air conditioning during winter. Don’t change the water daily for drinking . Doesn’t provide proper cup for coffee.

Horrible customer service.
First impressions are always remembered. We reached there late evening. Person at the counter yelled at my husband for booking only one room for 5 people. My husband apologized and asked to get another room. He smirked and said you are in Paris everything is smaller not like America. I was shocked. Next morning my husband and I went to eat breakfast (delicious) only good thing about this place. I I loved the breakfast so much we convinced the kids to get up early to eat breakfast. We walked the kids to get breakfast. Older lady came up to me and yelled that we ate already why we were sitting in there. My husband said we were only there to sit not eat. After breakfast I had coffee in my hand and the lady from the front desk yelled out why I was taking the coffee cup. I told her I will bring it back. She was so upset and asked for my room number so she could charge me for that cup. Omg 😳 Wanted to leave the hotel but we were on a tight schedule. Last day my husband and daughter were waiting in the lobby. The lady from the front desk told my daughter that she touched the coffee beans and she better not do it again. They were watching her on the camera. What the heck. We are grown adults. There was an Indian guy who also yelled Who is she to say anything to my kids. My husband didn't tell me anything about it until after we checked out. Moral of the story is that the customer service was horrible. Only thing that was really good was the breakfast.

Perfect location!! Mom and daughter trip so I was very concerned for safety and this was perfect. Breakfast was delicious. Good shower and comfortable bed.

Amazing breakfast, nice staff, clean room, location very convenient. I arrived a few hours before checking time and was allowed to get the room earlier. I was also able to walk to many places. There’s a grocery store right on the corner. I didn’t know that breakfast was included and the food was amazing!

Breakfast was amazing. Room was comfortable - small but that is expected. Bed was very comfortable. Windows were good at shutting out noise of nightlife. A/C was good. Shower was good. Location was amazing, 5 mins from Arc de T, from at least 2 metros, many mnay restaurants and food shops.

The breakfast was wonderful as was the staff who provided it. The rooms were cleaned well each day. Location was convenient to Metro. My only criticism is that they were reluctant to give us 2 keys for the room so my daughter could come and go on a different schedule from my own. Front staff were not the most friendly people.

Close to the Arc
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room Was typical Paris Sam but comfortable and well equipped with nice towels and a kettle. We liked that we could open our windows into a little balcony. The area had lots of nice restaurants and shopping.

The Hotel is very clean and conveniently located but it was very small for the price and the shower was of poor design. Otherwise I enjoyed my stay.

It is a hotel with low standards of cleanliness
when i got to the room i found a dirty towel full of snot (nose mucus). The bathroom was dirty and was never cleaned properly during my stay. I have a twin room, it adjoined the street so it was very NOISY

After reading more reviews after I first booked this hotel I was a little worried, the reviews seemed all over the place. Our experience was overall positive. The room is small, but it’s Europe so that’s to be expected. Our one issue we had was that the front desk decides if it is hot enough for the air conditioning to be turned on. Guests can control it in their room but the front desk also has control over it. We asked why our AC would only set to fan and they said it wasn’t hot enough. It wasn’t a particularly hot day but the room was rather warm, way too warm for the think blankets they provide. The rest of the week the AC was on, the weather wasn’t really any different, so I don’t know if enough people complained or what. The location was great and the front desk people were all very nice. If you want a bunch of amenities and huge rooms go somewhere else. If you’re like me and are looking for a clean, comfortable place to sleep after spending the day running around then you could do a lot worse.

Friendly welcome at the hotel. Rooms as expected were small. Unfortunately even though it was January the rooms were uncomfortably warm. Put air-con on with little effect. Breakfast was great, enough choice for everyone. Location was excellent, plenty of bars/restaurants around, and easy to get to the sites and transport. Would stay again, thank you

Not the greatest.
Rooms are updated but very small. TV had a large scratch on the screen. If you have more than one bag of luggage, you will struggle with space. Not allowed to bring food to the room... I got yelled at by the staff because I was bringing my sick girlfriend breakfast. Great location, but I would not go back.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good WiFi and very good breakfast in the morning. Staff were successful in meeting my need for an early check-in which is a big plus from my side. Rooms are relatively small but I guess that this is kinda typical in Paris.

We were charged for a bottle of water despite telling we did not use it.staff didn't wish us when we checked out .They were more concerned about 2.50 euros.Also staff was irritated when I requested bread which ran out at 9 am although breakfast was till 10 and couldn't understand why this unfriendly attitude. Is this how Parisians treat their guests??
