We did everything we could to make your stay as comfortable as possible.Our suites are generally appreciated for their comfort and charm. There seems to have been a misunderstanding regarding your booking.Our air conditioning is reversible, which means that it operates in either "heating" or "cooling" mode. Some guests still feel the need to heat their rooms, so the air conditioning is not yet activated, as it is every year at this time. It's still winter!As far as breakfast is concerned, we are currently undergoing a major refurbishment to improve the experience for our guests and we can still bring it to your room.As you can see from the other reviews, we have a reputation for excellence and a great location.
