This is my second stay at ATN hotel and it is in a brilliant location for getting around Paris. I have only a couple of gripes with the hotel itself, not the staff. My room the bathtub had “stains” marks that would not come off which was a bit disappointing. The radiator in the bathroom was also broken and the bottom dial was falling off. However staff are fantastic and helpful, no issues whatsoever. Area around the hotel is ok, it’s 5min walk to st lazare station and you can get around by foot easily enough.

Hello,I don't know what is your problem.You booked a non refundable booking. You decided to check out 2 days before your departure. Do we are responsible of that ? you choose a non refundable rate and you are complaining.You have to think before the validation of a booking.Best regards.

The checkin was ok but there was little flexibility to check in earlier and the manager was very upset about me asking for it. I understand he cannot do it - just tell me nicely !

Worst hotel ever
Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Would not go back to this hotel even for free. Management is a joke too.

Great small modern hotel - location is great to be able to walk to most places, close to metro and RER station . Quiet road. Strong powerful shower and decent AC.

The rooms were beautiful designed with unique wall paper and beautifl lights making it feel modern. Comfy beds, a great tub to lounge in after a long day of walking, 2-3 minutes to a train and metro station with great shopping and a starbucks of course. Friendly staff and someone always manning the desk for late nights back. Would definitely stay again

Thanks for your note and comment.We have 2 elevators in our hotel. one big for the customers and one for the staff.When the main one have a problem or we have to work on it, customers used the small one.We also have stairs to go in the rooms.Best regards.

The hotel was an amazing place, decently sized rooms with extremely helpful front desk staff. The only problem that we had was our room was next to their garden, and we had ants inside our room, and the wifi did not reach our room(603). Other then that it was a very nice place to stay and had a good breakfast!

Great hotel overall
This hotel was terrific! I really enjoyed my stay. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. My room was small but seriously, it's not like I went on vacation to sit in my room all day. So, the size didn't bother me. The location of this hotel is awesome. It's super close to multiple different Metro and bus lines, and there are tons of restaurants nearby. It's also walking distance to a lot of shopping and attractions. If I had to list the best things about this hotel, they would be (in no specific order): location, comfort, cleanliness, friendly staff, and safety. I really appreciate that this hotel allows pets on top of all the other great things about it. I'm definitely going to stay here again when I go to Paris in the future.

There was mold in the tub had to be moved to a smaller room. The hallways smell pretty bad and there was not a phone in room to call for reception.

Great location to Gare St Lazare train by which I arrived. Major multi-line city metro stop adjacent. Short and direct walk to Place d Concord..... beyond if you love a beautiful walk to the points of interest. The hotel is in a quiet area and we were able to walk to the main areas very easily. Being on the ground floor was convenient but could be a bit noisy. We liked the little garden and the staff were very helpful. The beds were very comfortable.

Would visit again.
The place was really nice. Room had dicent size. Bathroom was really clean. The only thing I did not like was a bad smell that propably came from the floor carpet in the room. It wasn't too much, but it was there. Service was excellent.

Staff was courteous and let me get the room a little earlier which was appreciated. Location is excellent. Hotel itself is a bit aged, and heating in particular didn't work well.
